The cashier that worked tonight (slim lady with braids) is very friendly. She was left hanging, handling the line by herself. She is always running things alone and needs some help. I was in line for at least 10 minutes.The line went all the way through an aisle. As far as the store overall, this is the second time that I have noticed expired pretzels. I get this specific kind in the photo every time. Last time the entire batch was 2 months expired. Today the batch was 3 weeks expired. I reported this to another cashier last time and she thanked me for letting her know. I guess nothing was changed. I hope that you all will keep a closer eye on this. This makes me paranoid to purchase your food products. Lastly , I didn’t like how the lady with the long dark ponytail spoke to another employee. She came out of the back with a frozen product/bag and said “Brandon you can’t just throw these away! This is the second one. It has to be damaged out”. I could only see her and not whoever the Brandon person was but I know that I wouldn’t like to be spoken to like that. If I could hear the conversation without even seeing whoever Brandon is in sight, she was loud. Instead of yelling at people how about help the nice cashier at the front!

There’s one cashier that is always so friendly and I don’t remember her name, but she worked there before they hired this new girl ANNA! Her customer service is TERRIBLE, and before I wrote this review I made sure to stop in several times.. she’s selective on who she speaks to, she’s careless with bagging your items (slammed my canned sodas) and her energy gives off mean-spirited. Watch her demeanor, energy doesn’t lie.

Very spacious, well kept up, there was only one person at the register to check out, some of the other $trees have self checkout stations in lilburn, hopefully this one gets at least one. Outside of having one cashier and having to wait in line for about 4 minutes. They have everything thing neatly stocked.

EVERY FREAKING TIME THAT I COME IN HERE THE LINE IS AROUND THE BUILDING. THE MANAGER ALWAYS HAVE AN ATTITUDE LIKE SHE DIESNT WANT TO WORK. IM FED UP! TODAY 07/19/2024 WAS THE LAST STRAW FOR ME. SHE SITS THERE WATCHING THE LINE GET GET FURTHER AND FURTHER BEHIND. USUALLY IM THE ONE ASKING A MANAGER TO COME & ASSIST WITH THE VERY LONG LINES THIS TIME ANOTHER CUSTOMER ASKED THE ASIAN MANGER TODAY. IM TIRED OF HER ATTITUDE!! IF U DONT LIKE UR KOB GIND SOMETHING WHERE U DONT HAVE TO WORK WITH PEOPLE!!. ITS RIDICULOUS! EVERY SINCE SHES STARTED NOT EVEN A YEAR AGO SHE HAS AN ATTITUDE. GOOD GRIEF!! GET IT TOGETHER LADY!!!

I’m giving five stars to the manager and all the associates at the store. This is one of the best Dollar trees I have seen. It is fully stocked and extremely clean. The manager was very professional and nice. I even liked the fact that it had a public restroom. I would definitely recommend this location.

It’s truly sad when one associate, Staci is constantly the ONLY one actually working. We (me & about thirty plus customers) had to wait in a single line while the other two were standing around doing NOTHING & decided to go hide in the back as the line got longer. As a loyal customer to this location, I only ever see Staci doing ANYTHING, the other PRETEND to stock shelves & constantly ignore customers when they’re approached. Whoever is the owner/manager at this site, please note: you’re paying people to work that AREN’T working??♀️& no, this isn’t a one time thing, it’s ALWAYS, I do mean, ALWAYS like this!

This location is not well kept outside always trash cans over filled. Recently went there and trash was full again. This could possibly be the reason for the previous rat issues. This location is convenient it would be nice to pull up and not see excessive trash.

Don’t know what the asian lady who was working the register today at 2:08PM on 12/18/23 problem was. She had no reason yelling letting me know that her register was closed. An attitude and yelling for absolutely no reason was unnecessary lol.

Yesterday I came into this location and a staff member assisted me and gave amazing customer service, in addition, to getting boxes for me as I am moving. I will find out her name and give a second review. Today, Donna was very unwelcoming, short, and told me that no day is ever a good day to come get boxes because they are using them all to package holiday stuff or using them for trash. I told her I just came yesterday for boxes with no problem and with a shocked face she said oh well start calling first. I am disappointed in the rude treatment I received. My issue outside the rudeness is the lack of consistency. I’m sure out of all the many boxes that were there, 3 or 4 boxes wouldn’t have mattered.
