Wonderful experience at this Duluth Highway location. Richie was so kind and helpful, a real delight in this industry. Looked out for our best interest and was thorough in his explanation. Highly recommend this place!

Beyond impressed with the service I received here! In and out with brand new tires in less than 30 minutes and $250 less than the dealership !! Joseph and Richie were so kind and helpful! Made a huge inconvenience so much better!!

I haven't had a car service this efficient and this pleasant and cost effective in a loooooonnng time! The manager Chris runs a fair and speedy service. All the staff I encountered were polite and helpful. They were so busy but still managed to get my tire install done before close. Thank you so much. Despite this there were still rude and entitled customers giving them a hard time. I'm apologigizing on their behalf and I will certainly come back to this location! Great job!

Really I give NO stars, I ordered and paid online and made my appt last Sun. At the Duluth/Sugarloaf store this morning, your reps were ill mannered, the two at computers Freddy & the one to his left, ignored my greeting when I walked in; Freddy wasn't explaining anything when he pulled up my appt, so I was standing in silence until I asked him if he had the tires or not. He was quick to say no but it wasn't his fault, then the rep to his left addressed Freddy stating my car make & model, then insolently made excuses telling me it was my fault they couldn't fill the order because I placed it online and "took their power away" quote. The fact that he said that made it clear they knew they didn't have my order before I got there. I wouldn't be surprised if they sold it to another customer this week. Was that the power for anyone to call or text me that they did not have the tires in??? I had texts all week asking me to confirm the appt, which I kept doing. Then the manager Chris comes out, Freddy comments we don't have 14, again they were well aware, why was I not informed before coming into the store? Chris doesn't make eye contact with me, offer a greeting or an apology for not reaching out to me about not having the tires, and wasting my time keeping the appt; just silently does the refund, hands me the receipt and goes back to his office. This was not a complicated service and all it took was an email/ ph call or text to not waste my time & gas going to that specific location for service and be discourteously spoken down to by reps and disrespected by the manager's demeanor. Once again customer no service has cost you a customer. I did drive straight to Pure Auto which is on my way to work, the owner smiled and greeted me, in 20 min he had answered all my questions, ordered my tires, better Brand, quality and price than DT, he'd set up my appt and a courtesy ride should I need it. Pure Auto is Pure joy, great service. efficient, courteous and affordable. Pure Auto has my biz and confidence, & 5 STARS rating!

Unfortunately needed 4 new tires and Tesla was going to charge me way more. They recommended I go here and it wasn’t far away from the service center.
I made the appt online and went in later that afternoon. Quick and easy check in. My car was done in less than 30 minutes maybe?
Fast, friendly and professional service! Highly recommend if you need new tires!

I’ve brought both of my vehicles here for tires and service. I appreciate their friendliness and willingness to help. Chris, the manager is absolutely wonderful. He listens and helps so much. Jovann? Want to restore your faith in humanity? Have your tires repaired or purchased at Discount Tire at Sugarloaf Mills.
Woke up to find Tire Pressure Monitor light on. Luckily Discount Tire close by. Used the online scheduling system to get me an appointment after lunch time. Brought the car down early to get it checked in. Chris greeted us and checked us in. You can tell Chris is a multitasker as he was answering an inventory question from another worker, following up on job status, and answering the phone, he still addressed all my concerns and questions in friendly manner.
Got the text car was done before the estimated time of completion. Richie greeted and welcomed us just like Chris did. Richie then explained what they found and what they did about the issue and gave me my keys and I went off to enjoy the rest of my Saturday.
Thank you Chris and Richie your excellent customer service skills and the skill and efficiency of your technicians really helped salvage what I thought was going to be a wasted Saturday.

Excellent experience today!! Had a flat, towed to store. I worked with Efrain, he was extremely helpful with selecting tires and was quick and detailed. My car was delivered there around 2 pm and was ready to pickup by 4 pm on a Friday!! Thank you so much!!!

Your team at the Sugarloaf Mills location did the bang of job getting me in and out quickly and didn’t try of selling me when I was just in there for a tire patch. When it’s time to finally replace these tires, I will definitely be coming back.

I had a screw in my tire and Discount Tire was very transparent about their availability and how long it would take. They also checked the air pressure in all my tires. I brought my car after work and they patched the tire within 30 minutes. I’d definitely come back to this location in the future
