Ryne was really thoughtful and honest. I he explained everything very well to me as someone who doesn’t really know much about cars. His customer service was also amazing! Highly recommend him and i’ll be coming back just for his customer care.

My experience at the Snellville location, where Fleix is the store manager. This manager needs to learn customer service and understand guidelines of there policies. I brought in a advertised price on some Bridgestone tires to be price matched. He refused to acknowledge there wasn't any reason UNDER THE PRICE MATCH guarantee that he could show me for the denial, but he refused. I requested to speak with upper management he then stated he didn't have any contact info he could give me. He went into the office making some calls, after sometime he directed me to file a dispute. Which I did, I called while I was still on location. The following day I called the dispute line to follow up again. That same day Darrell the Regional Manger called and I explained to him the situation in full, Darrell agree there weren't any terms to not honor the price match. He asked if I felt ok with taking the car there again? I told him I didn't feel comfortable bringing my car to this location again. Darrell put me in contact with another store manager Chris at the hwy 120 location. Chris was exceptional at understanding my issues and assured it would be handled. I've been buying Tires from Disscount Tires for 20yrs, and only because of Darrell and Chris I will continue using them for my Tire needs. Felix needs to be retained and his whole staff needs to be trained as well, cause clearly if the Store Manager doesn't know there policy?? How can his staff? I will return to this location. Stephen j

The representative in the front, named Samuel, treated my father and I very unprofessionally when we came to purchase a tire. Ending your sentence with “Ok whatever dude” whilst being told something in a snarky way, and then saying “you didn’t want to hear about this warranty but anyways but xyz”. We said we weren’t interested in a warranty, we kindly said we had to rush home due to a car emergency and we were talked to like we had two heads. I will not be returning to this location, and individuals such as Samuel should learn how to speak to customers, he seemed to sound fine with other customers who didn’t look like us. I wonder why.

Been getting tires here for my family for 10+ years. New policy changes drove me to competition, very sad, loved this company. Was about to order 33"s for the truck too, smh.

I will continue to recommend Discount Tire. The representatives are professional and polite. There is no waiting hours for service. My tire was still under warranty; which saved me a lot of money.

LONG REVIEW ALERT!!!My tire pressure light blinked after one of GA's wild temperature swings, so I headed to my trusted spot, Discount Tire, expecting a routine air check. Turns out, I had a partial flat – not the news I wanted when two tires are customary. So I went to go shop around for tires because tires are no small expense. Of course, I ended up back here. I could leave the review just as is and it would still be worthy of the 5 stars...but there's more to this review!I actually needed to get all 4 of my tires changed because the tread on them was in the red! I knew this, but tires aren't cheap, especially getting 4 of them in one go. Faced with the reality of needing all four tires changed due to worn treads, I had to balance safety with my budget. So now is the choice of which tires? Well I am no expert, but I know well enough that the most expensive doesn't always mean the best, so I asked Sam T. what his professional opinion of what I should get that wasn't the cheapest, but what would keep me safe being that I am a Wedding & Private Events DJ and I am on the road all the time. We talk some more, and he gives me my options and reiterates one more time how much I need to get new tires. I confirm that I fully intend to do it because I need to be safe on the road, but I absolutely could not afford it after the year that I had. I needed to be safe because I made a lot of big changes in my life to reflect what's best for my family and to give to the world what is needed from my talents. It was just some honest small talk, but giving the picture of the situation I'm looking at. He recommends the 2 tires I need, I pay, and I wait. After the service, he gave me the routine post-service talk, but he also pulled me outside for a side chat. "Oh Boy." I think, just ready for Life to life again like it has been all year...and sure enough...he states one more time how bad my tires were...but he could not in good conscience send me out into the world to continue doing what I needed to do without making sure I was safe to come back home to my family. So they changed all 4 tires at no additional cost. This gesture transcended the seasonal spirit; it felt like a genuine, possibly life-saving act. Beyond the realm of client retention, it was a deed that might have ensured not just the longevity of my tires but the safety of my journeys.I write these words with tears of joy falling down my face because it feels like fate responding to a call for help—a true blessing precisely when it was needed the most.Sam, your exceptional customer service is etched in my heart. Thank you doesn't seem enough, but thank you on behalf of the Stinson's and 1800 Media Group!

Horrible service. I waited 25 minutes to get some courtesy air for my tire and no one, not even the store manager came out to acknowledge me. I will not visit this store again PERIODT! Sugarloaf Mills location, the service and the technicians are top notch and the store manager at Sugarloaf Mills is the absolute best! I SHOULD HAVE KNOWN BETTER!!!!!!!!!! Wish I could give them zero stars!!!!!!!!!!

I like to give a shout out to my man Scott. Who was very helpful in helping find the right tires for my car. The first set that I purchased had a terrible ride on my vehicle and I was a bit nervous about how I would be treated after they have been on my car for a couple of days. I called Scott and expressed my concerns of having given the wrong tires and thought I would be given the run around. To the contrary Scott told me to come in right away and they would change them out without any hesitation at all. When I got there we looked at other brands and decided on what I am currently running on now. My car is riding as smooth as I hoped and that is the reason I am a loyal customer at this location. Again I would like to point out that this is the type of customer service that is missing in so many industries nowadays. My hat goes off to Scott and Discount Tire for the exemplary service I received.

I've visited twice and I'm really impressed with this business. Usually, when you visit a tire shop, it's all business, "Hello. How can we help you? Here you go. Take care". But here, the staff is far more personable. They engage in conversation, crack jokes, smile. They actually make the feel like you're visiting a friend.

This review is not of this location but Discount Tire's price match policies in general. I was able to get a tire discounted via an eBay seller's offer. I sent the screenshot to DTire. I needed two tires. The eBay offer was for one tire. DT said one tire would be price matched but the other would be full price, which was twice the cost.Moral of the story: Buy your tires from eBay and have them installed at an independent tire shop for $15.

This place is a joke. Please don't let them sale you their useless warranty. They will patch a tire until it's no longer considered under warranty.

Went to get my tires replaced. I picked out what tires I would like and told me the price. About an hour later and after walking past me five times told me that they finished, but there was an issue that they put on the wrong tires tires that are $50 more expensive. This is a common tactic of unethical of selling that many tire places do, I have a one strike policy so I would tell anyone to avoid this place. I’ll try Costco next time. They could’ve easily disclosed to me that there was an issue say that the tires were out of stock but no. Work is good but cannot recommend!
