Terribly unprofessional. This is why I don't ever support black businesses. I stopped by today august 24 2023 at 10:05am to get my bracelet repaired because the hours of operation said they open at 10am. No one was in the store. So I called the number on the store. The guy answered and said he would be there in an hour. To waste time, I went down the hall and got a pedicure which took an hour and thirty minutes just to give him more time. At 11:30, I walked back down to the store. It still wasn't open. So I called the number again. Now he says he will be there in another 15 minutes. I said, "you just told me an hour and I waited longer to return and you're still not here." He says "I have something to do I will be there soon." I politely released the line. Listen black business owners if you don't have any idea how to run a successful business, please go get a job. You wonder why no one patrons this store and why you're not making any money to hire someone to be here when you can't be. You need to take a business ethics and business management course.

TLDR;This man does a fantastic job fast. Job done in about 15 minutes. And his service is above and beyond.The service here was immediate and spectacular the man took no pause in helping us with our problem, resizing our wedding ring. Took about 15 minutes and he checked twice that it was right before polishing it and finalizing. He was not constantly pushing us to buy other pieces or pestering us with upsales which is refreshing in a jewelry setting. Use him over corporate jewelers

Great job resizing my wedding rings, including my engagement ring that I was nervous to leave somewhere because it was a family heirloom. The jeweler also got the rings so clean that I can’t stop staring at how sparkly they are. Friendly, personal service and reasonable pricing. Definitely will return here whenever I need jewelry repairs. ?
