There was a sign on the door claiming they were closed until 5 am because they were understaffed, but I could see 2 employees just walking around inside. Are they actually understaffed or just don’t want to work?

There is literally zero customer service at the pharmacy here. There were about five employees visible in the pharmacy when I arrived.
I was the only person in line to pick up a prescription and it took about five minutes for anyone to even acknowledge my presence. I had to loudly say "Hello" for someone to bother looking up.
Minutes later a staff member, Mary (cashier #1850340), finally comes to give me my prescription and she throws the bag on the counter like she couldn't care less about my medicine.
What a terrible way to treat customers. Rude, dismissive, and with an attitude. I will try my best to never get my prescriptions sent here again because of this experience.
I told my mother about this experience and she said Mary has had this same dismissive, rude attitude to her in the past as well.

Only leaving 1 star because that's the lowest I can leave. Rosita was the rudest person that I've encountered in a customer service position in quite a while. She was rude from the time I walked up. She has no business being in front of customers. She was upset with me because I informed her that my items did not rung up properly. She threw my bags to the side and got a manager. The manager checked the tags and told her to honor it. She proceeded to ring up my items incorrectly again and tried to make me pay more than what it should've been. When I told her the price was still wrong, she got snippy and said she wasn't even charging me for the item, which was incorrect. She threw my bag again and got the manager. He came and showed her how to correctly ring up my items. I will not return to this CVS. She is a disgrace to the customer service industry!

I can't stand this place they neverrrrrr have your medicine ready even 2 days in advance that you give them time enough. Everyone there is very nonchalant and could care less about anything. If I could have my meds Transferred I would but no one else takes my Insurance and I think they know that Soooooo they really have us in check...No stars would be my rating if I could. The African Manager has a Blah Blah who gives a craps attitude that has wore off on everyone that works in there. I hate this place with a PASSION????

When they tell you a 20 minute wait time, add an hour to that. Very understaffed pharmacy, and they are not 24 hours. They don't call you up when your prescription is ready either.

Received an automated call my prescription order was available for pick up. Was not ready, and they questioned if I was truly notified. I then ask for an alternative option, and got a lecture from the pharmacist in front of customers, and other pharmacy employees. It was a real pleasure getting treated like an idiot.

The woman that works at the front of this store (with the heavy accent) is HORRIBLE and has no concept of customer service. I came over from Northside Gwinnett to ship some surgical equipment because UPS gave me the address that this CVS was a drop-off location. A young male cashier was helping other customers while she was at another register doing something else. I walked up to her and asked if this is indeed a shipping location. She replies, "Go get in line!" I repeat my question again because the shipping container is large and I didn't want to take it out of my car if this CVS was NOT a drop-off. After confirming that I could ship, I retrieved the pre-labeled pelican case from my car and rolled it in. She starts complaining immediately! "It's too large...it's too heavy...It's not packed correctly...it's in my way". The pelican case was large, but it was practically empty and it's on wheels, so no one would need to pick it up except for the UPS driver to put it on his/her truck. It weighed less than 20 lbs. It was closed securely by the latches, pre-labeled to ship, and zip tied. I told her that the case was secured and insured. The young man stepped in and asked to to care of me, which he did. He just picked up a scanner, scanned the tag, and rolled the case to the corner. Simple! Done!
I went back to this store to speak with the manager the other day who is EXTREMELY nice. He apologized and said that he would review what took place because they keep film footage.

The pharmacist was rude and they handled my shot very poorly by shoving in the shot really fast and taking it out really fast. She had an attitude while setting up the shot.

First let me say I'm so sick with covid and I've received the worst service at the CVS on Pike Street it apals me how employees has the worst attitudes and customer care in the medl field. Everytime I visit and patronize this location I leave there feeling violated by the pharmist staff. They are rude, no customer service. And the wait is ridiculous. They make you - the paying customer feel like nothing. I waited in the drive Thru today for two hours. Final picked up my meds I paid for not on assistance or received it free of charges.which no one's time and money should be disrespected this away! Period.but came home got my sick behind back in bed and these so call pharmist tech and the pharmist didn't put any measuring tool or explained my meds after setting in the drive Thru for two hows. Their attitudes are nasty and the pharmist area is a disgrace with all the women working there. This place needs to be closed the hygiene is uncalled for. Everytime you go there. The staff" we are doing the best we can. But there back there talking not waiting on the front or drive thru. But it's 3 to 4 people back there Everytime I go there. Last week I went to pickup my high blood pressure meds. You would think when it's ready they would let me but naw they left me sitting there waiting without saying Ms. Tolbert your meds are ready. I sit there another cool 15 mins and decide to go asking is my meds ready, after I told her I would wait. Didn't ask me my name again or nothing she went picked my meds out of the basket and said yes it's ready birthday please. To busybackthere talking instead of doing their jobs. This place is nasty trash all over the back by dumpster Everytime I go.pill bottle and all. I hope there's no meds in any of the bottles. Careless, nasty, and not one drop of customer service. Please go to a place that's clean and the staff enjoys working n helping there patient. This place is not it
