They need more staff in the pharmacy. I waited 45 minutes in line. When I got to the window no one came to the window, they said hold please on the intercom but never came. I waited a long time because I’m pretty patient and I know it gets busy. I waited so long that even a patient person would have been frustrated. I think they need extra staff on hand if it gets this busy. More staff equals smoother operations. Either that or refer people to a different pharmacy if you cannot handle the traffic at this location. I’m not sure if there is a shortage in workers in the pharmacy field or if this is a scheduling issue from corporate and management. It should definitely be looked into. It’s not the staffs problem it is so busy, they should have more hands on deck. Shame

Absolutely horrible. Always have to wait at least 30 minutes to get prescription that was called in ahead of time. The drive through service is ridiculous. This place needs new management. I’m gonna switch pharmacies.

Gentleman running the front can’t be nice when asking to use the self check out. Not only that but he watches you like a hawk. Awkward!!!

Worst location ever!! I called at 630 to speak to a pharmacist. They kept me on hold until they closed at 7pm. Medication should be taken more seriously. Walgreens is way more professional and it's right across the street

This is the worst CVS in the US. The staff and especially the Pharmacist are Rude,and not helpful at all!! It's always a long line. The hours of operatoion is not even convenient for a Banker! As soon as you think you had the worst customer service in the world come to this CVS and they will definitely prove you wrong!!!
