Brought prescription in at 8:30pm said it would be ready by 10 pm. Came back to pick up at 10pm stated they were closed and too busy. To give me the prescription.

This is the worst CVS I've ever been too. The pharmacy tech either tells me that my daughter is not in the system or there are no prescriptions ready. If they are not ready then why send an alert saying they are. One time I dropped off two prescriptions at 7:45am and came back after work at 4pm just for the pharmacy tech to tell me that my daughter didn't have any prescriptions for on file. I argued with the lady, informing her that I hand delivered the scripts. They magically appeared 10minutes later. When you complained to the pharmacist, he act like he don't care. I wish there was another 24 hour pharmacy near by.

It's the worst. Excessive wait times, dismissive staff, lost prescriptions. They lost a prescription called in by another CVS. I keep waiting for them to get their act together, but it never happens. Absolute worst.

The pharmacist with the snowwhite beard & hair that works overnight is utterly rude. Would love to speak with corporate about my experience!

It's pretty hard to do a review for a drug store as all of them are one in the same. I mean, it's not like they're major things on display to make you oohhh and ahhhh. At the end of the day, I stepped in, got what I needed and left. It was very simple.

Our neighborhood CVS here is 24/7 and boy has that been clutch on those times the family has been sick. This location is conveniently located off West Pike Street (aka Duluth Hwy) and Hurricane Shoals in Lawrenceville, GA. Parking:As much as you need. There has never been an instance when there wasn't a place to park.Employees:Employees generally greet you when you walk in. Depending on how busy they are...most employees will help you find what you need. Amenities:This location has a self serve photo kiosk (you can also order from home and pick up in store). Pharmacy of course. The robo prescription alert isn't always accurate...but it works most times. Good bit of grocery essentials and alcohol available as well.

This cvs has terrible customer service. I came in and tried using their self-serve kiosk and the kiosk froze while we were paying. The young employee came over and said "it's been freezing all day" in an irritating tone and then tells us "I'll take you at the register" then asks another customer to come up and completely ignores us while we are standing at the register in front of her!! She still proceeded to ignore us while checking out another guest!!! She clearly looked so unhappy with her job. So we then used ANOTHER kiosk to check out and the other one worked. *still wasn't acknowledged* very poor business practice - please talk to this employee (no name tag was worn)
