What once was a pleasant shopping and healthcare pharmacy has now delved into a derelict tour of neglect. I really feel sorry for the employees as they are working their butts off for this Wall Street retail conglomerate. I kindly ask.the following …..CVS Health and Pharmacy please discontinue and do America a favor. Either have a full service drive through or allow your competitors to flourish by shutting down completely. The sparse shelving of medical items is a reflection of your inability to keep up with the times. Can’t wait for my deliveries via drone chat GPT or whatever. Oh and by the way. Your coupons are worthless especially after you have marked everything up 30-40% more than the competitors. If only 7-11 could have a pharmacy in the rear, at least then I could munch on a veggie frankfurter for an hour while waiting on my lipid medication.

The employee told me that the system did not work and charged me in cash without giving me a receipt when I entered the online page to verify prices, he overcharged me.

Terrible and clueless staff. If you need a pharmacy in the Five Forks area near Oak, you're better off going to the Kroger pharmacy if that's an option available.

I waited in the CVS pharmacy line for 1 hour and when i pull up to the window it has a closed sign on it. It’s really ridiculous, get better pharmacist to run the store. Disappointed.

Bob and I have gotten our shots here and Himali and Dr Lee are fantastic! The website could use some work but the folks in the pharmacy are the best!!

Pharmacy is slow and disorganized. Some of the pharmacy staff are great and helpful, but most are either clueless or downright rude. Expect your prescriptions to take far longer to fill than the website's recommended time. Go elsewhere if you can. That's what I'm going to be doing.

Customer service is lacking. It takes about 15 minutes or more to pickup prescriptions! Even if you're the first one in the drive thru. Once they get your birthday, they will tell you to wait and they proceed to do other things while you wait(staple prescriptions, refill prescriptions, etc) while you sit there.

I needed a refill on epipens for my daughter on our way to camp. I called twice to confirm receipt of the prescription. When they hadn't received it the second time, I called my pediatrician to request her to call it in again. She called immediately and when I called the pharmacy, they said they would fill it before their lunch break at 130. I arrived at 120 pm and confirmed they'd received the prescription and they refused to fill it until 2 after their lunch break. They then proceeded to close the gates and would not discuss the situation further. As a physician, I'm appalled at the lack of consideration and care for the people who are depending on the care of a pharmacy for the medication they need. I'd never treat my patients like this. I understand being overwhelmed by the volume of patients and work that we do - but I went to the pharmacy on a Sunday and NO ONE else was in line. Not to mention that the pharmacy had only been open an entire 2 1/2 hours.I was going to have to pay cash for this rx, so it was going to cost me quite a bit of money to purchase, but I would have done it.I understand now why this pharmacy has such poor reviews. I will make sure to take my prescriptions elsewhere in the future

I arrived in the morning and Two of the pharmacy workers were laughing away and playing. When i got close to the counter one lady in the back said to me in a rude tone "someone will be right with you" looking at me like i was in the wrong for asking for help. She proceeded to laugh and talk nicely to her coworkers. Then they took my rx no good morning or anything. I had to smile at them and they didnt even smile back. Then they proceeded to tell me it would take 1.5 hrs for 5 pills! I left. Went to walgreens and was greeted very differently. They were professional and all the staff greets customers. They took my rx and filled it in 10 min! Cvs needs some staff changes. Never going there again?

If I could rate it a zero, I would. I stood in the drive thru to pick up my medications. I got there at 640pm with 4 cars in front of me and 4 cars behind me. By the time I got to the window at 7:01pm, the girl just shut the window. There were two pieces of card board in the window so you could see inside. I rang the bell she came to window and mouth no! I went inside, and no one was there. I said, "Is anyone here ..some girl with long braids sais stop yelling in my store. I told her I walked in and had no one to greet me or ask if I needed help. She said there was a bell..well, then I don't usually go to stores and ring a bell for service. She was rude and condescending. I told her I waited 20 minutes a Pharmacy Drive thru she said, "Oh well, pharmacy is closed. Have a nice day." It's just awful. While leaving, they were helping someone at the drive thru. I was so upset ? ... Why could they help me? I called the 1 800 number, i.e., customer service. Don't bother they don't care either. I would rather go to another pharmacy before I go back there. Trust you will regret going there . Where are the compassionate people in the world. It's sad because trust me, that store will end up closing due to the lack of customer service. I will not set foot in that store ever. ?

Worst service since the atomic bomb dropped on Nagasaki. I would not waste your time. I had better service at a South Korean massage parlor.

Great location who are doing the best they can though this pandemic. The staff are hard at work, and it shows by the fully-stocked shelves and cleanliness. If someone is not checking out, they are out on the floor working. If you are ready to check out, you might have to let them know, and there is always someone within a few aisles. I appreciate that stores like this can still carry on!

I absolutely dread every trip to this pharmacy. Yet, I’m forced to use them since they closed the next closest location. Every time you walk up to the pharmacy counter you feel like you are a bother before you even speak. They rush you and are just unbelievably rude. I can’t believe that after reading the other reviews that CVS corporate allows this to continue. It has been the same staff for years. I thought Anne was the rudest person there until I had to speak to the female pharmacist. She would not let me complete a sentence and I watched her belittle and literally laugh at a teenager who was there translating for his father. Empathy and compassion should be shown by anyone in this field but they have none. If you have a choice DO NOT go to this place.
