The minute clinic is useless. I waited for NOTHING. I told the nurse I was pregnant and had uti and she said I should WAIT. I did the urine test. Waited 30min and was told sorry we don’t treat pregnant woman! WTH! WHY COULDNT THE NURSE HAVE SAID THAT FIRST TIME. Waisted my time when I could’ve gone to urgent care.

I can honestly say, if you're going to CVS for your health find somewhere else to go. I've to wait additional time before I could get my prescriptions filled. I will not recommend CVS to anyone, and I am in the process of moving my prescriptions to any other drug store in the area. The only reason I ever went here, was because my insurance company forced me to do so. Now that I am on Medicare, I can choose any pharmacy I wish and I wish not to use CVS.

Went to minute clinic here. When I gave my preferred pharmacy by my house, I assumed my prescription would be sent there. At the end of my appointment, the NP called my prescription in here. They told me it would be 30-45 min. I came back an hour later and they had not even started. I had to specific I was in the minute clinic before they found my info. I waited another 23 minutes before it was done.

I came here for an energy drink and they had it on sale and I was happy. So ... Overall clean and staff was present and friendly. I did not use the pharmacy or need the health hub. So cannot speak on the service level of that. My review is solely about the food and items on the shelves.

I picked up a prescription of cough medication for bronchitis. Once I got to the car I notice they for got to give me a measuring cap. I went to the drive through and they said “oh I think we are out ..” I asked if I should just follow the lines on the bottle and she said “I think so..” then I notice the lines were in once’s. She handed me a measuring cap from the counter and said I could have that one. I pulled away and noticed it was in 1-2 TBLS measurement, I needed 5ml. She didn’t seem to concerned so I just took a shot straight from the bottle assuming 5ml was what I normally take with DayQuil. 6 hours later I took another shot from the bottle and felt horrible not really knowing why. I was dizzy, stumbling around, had a fever of 101. I woke up in the middle of the night dripping in sweat! At 5am, 6hrs later, I took another shot. I woke up at 8am feeling like I was run over by a truck, massive migraine. That’s when I notice the medication that was supposed to last me six days was already half way gone. I dug around my bathroom closet until I could find some kind of measuring cap and realized I had been taking about 20ml each time rather than 5ml!! I know this is ignorance on my part and I should have tried to find something sooner but the fact the lady didn’t seek worries and acted like it wasn’t a big deal, I just went with it. If you are going to be handing out medication you HAVE TO give your patients something to measure it with. I was fine but someone else might not have been.

My pharmacy drive thru experience has always been a pleasant one. One instance: I was extremely nauseated a few months ago and my prescription was not ready. The lady at the drive thru pharmacy was empathetic and told me to pull over to the side and she would wave at me when it was ready. She made an effort to get it ready as soon as possible and she did. Maybe had to wait 7 minutes and I was grateful that she cared.

I was at the drive thru window to perform a COVID Testing. Taylor at the pharmacy drive thru window was very rude. She Stayed on the phone and ignored me the whole time. I told her she was rude and she slammed the sliding glass door on me and walked away.

The employees in the pharmacy are so helpful . It’s so great to know some people still have amazing customer service and care about helping others. I needed my son’s medicine transferred from Walgreens and Jada help me the whole way through and made sure the medicine got to their store and kept me updated the whole time. The lady at the window when I arrived was so sweet and I just really appreciate it. Thank you !

If you are sick & need a prescription filled don’t go to this CVS. Over two hours wait for much needed meds. Ghetto staff & ghetto experience!

Horrible horrible service, lady at pharmacy had no idea how to put info or guide the customer. This is my second visit to cvs on same day. And people at pharmacy are just as clueless as it gets.

The pharmacist at this location could not even decipher a simple prescription for antibiotics. Had to leave and go to a different location where someone knew what they were doing.

I visited the MinuteClinic for the first time today. The attending NP Larriette Narh was absolutely the best!

Let’s start with the good, shall we? They do move quickly on filling an order. That’s all I have in the positivity department. When I got there no one acknowledged me, there were three people working in the pharmacy. I was in plain site of them, they were in plain site of me. The pharmacist proceeded to assist an employee for five minutes without saying a single word. When she finally came up to me I asked her questions about the prescription. Her answer were short, so clearly I asked follow up questions to get a better understanding. Which seemed to bother her. At EVERY pharmacy I have been to, the pharmacist goes over how to take the medication. Not this one, I had to ask. Another new experience for me was not having my information verified. When I left I realized my address and information was incorrect, of course this is something I can correct, but it is extremely disappointing to find out that common courtesy is uncommon here.
