I went to urgent care on a Sunday evening and came across the problem that almost all pharmacies are closed. We (including the urgent care) decided this one would have to work since they are open late. They sent the rxs over before I left. Traveled 30 minutes there only for the lady to snidely remark that it wasn't going to happen tonight. She said it would take at least another hour before they even had the electronic rx, and then they were so busy that it would be another hour or more which then put it after hours. It wouldn't be so bad if she was kind, sympathetic or didn't smirk about it the whole time.

Where do I begin they close Drive-thru so they can work as slow and miserable as possible. Oh the lead pharmacist, is the most JUDGEMENTAL, LAZY, WICKED woman I have ever met! She genuinely enjoys watching you suffer as you wait hours in 4 different lines because well there is no line they just decide randomly who they will allow to walk to the register to be degraded and talked down To me. my husband KILLED HIMSELF LAST YEAR. I have PTSD and I am prescribed anxiety and antisiezure medication. This woman, mind you, I was one day early, and legally, it was able to be refilled. Refused TO FILL IT. I WATCHED HER YELL AT ANOTHER STAFF MEMBER WHO ASKED HER TO PASS HIM A CART POLITELY. She pointed and said, "Look how busy I am! Busy doing what is rejecting refills and ignoring paying customers because she is so miserable she wants to ensure everyone else around her is too?? Do you know what she said when I asked her how her morning was. What? WHAT DO YOU MEAN LOOK AROUND WE HAVE NO STAFF ITS HORRIBLE. WHO HIRED THIS WOMAN . Just because you have a degree does not make you special and entitled to a paycheck for being lazy. DISCRIMINATIVE AND DISRESPECTFUL!!!!WOW!!!

Waited over 40 minutes to get a prescription filled. Then, only to be told they will only fill one of the two as they are too busy to do both. I have to pick which one I want. And wait for the one I picked. 38 minutes later, I managed to get out of here. If you offer a service but can't fulfill the service, maybe add additional staff so you don't disappoint people. Never in my life have I seen this. What if someone needed medications but can't get it as they are too busy.

My dad was seen at Eastside Piedmont hospital in snellville(the WORST hospital) this morning and was discharged around 10:30 pm but he was not feeling well as he was changing in the room to go home. He was throwing up and was telling the nurse he does not feel well at all to go home. She convinced us he couldn’t stay any longer because there was no doctor that could take him and cvs would give us the same medication he’s receiving at the hospital. She gave us the phone number and address to the CVS on pike street claiming it was a 24 hour pharmacy and they would give my dad his medication tonight but as we were about leave I decided to call the pharmacy and was informed they close at 11 I had the pleasure of speaking with Mary where she explained if we get there on time she would do her best to help us. She also explained it would save time if the prescriptions were sent directly from the hospital the nurse claims she couldn’t send my dad’s prescriptions over to cvs so I had to rush over and take the hard copy. When we got to CVS Mary and Aahouti helped us immediately, they saw the urgency we had for the medication since he wasn’t feeling well and Mary was kind enough to expedite his medication and did everything she could to help us get these medications before 11 since the hospital didn’t want him to stay. Mary and Aahouti were very attentive and fast. This is by far the best experience I’ve gotten at any pharmacy to the point where I cried because of how grateful I was. We need more people like these two ladies in this world. Mary definitely cares about her patients/ customers any other pharmacy would’ve probably turned us away.

This CVS on Pike is a total ghetto pharmacy also racist. Refused to fill my disabled daughter scrip today saying the dr address had changed (He has two officesi)The unintelligent abrasive woman would not even call the dr so I had to and when the office called to give the info she still would not fill it. I filed a complaint against her with the pharmacy board and will pursue this. I asked for her name when I left she said christina but would not give me her last name. Also called corporate. Not letting this one go.

Can’t go wrong with 24 hour service and pharmacy. Only one open all day and night in the area too.

CVS and CVS Pharmacy please please please take really good care of Mary she’s the pharmacy tech! She works not only very hard but super smart and keeps the line moving smoothly. The past few times I been here she’s been working alone, and tbh she handles it like a boss, she is well properly attired and professional!

This is the worst CVS I've ever been too. The pharmacy tech either tells me that my daughter is not in the system or there are no prescriptions ready. If they are not ready then why send an alert saying they are. One time I dropped off two prescriptions at 7:45am and came back after work at 4pm just for the pharmacy tech to tell me that my daughter didn't have any prescriptions for on file. I argued with the lady, informing her that I hand delivered the scripts. They magically appeared 10minutes later. When you complained to the pharmacist, he act like he don't care. I wish there was another 24 hour pharmacy near by.
