Decent gym but 2 things prevented me from giving it 5 stars. One issue is the condition of their platforms. I understand that commercial gyms attracts a lot of hobbyists who have little appreciation and gym etiquette for the equipment around them. With that being said, why are there squashed gum stains on the platforms? Janitor over there obviously has been ignoring it because the the gum stains are dark, which means they’ve been there for atleast a month or 2. Just scrape it off and problem solved. Another issue is them not having any barbell clamps which makes it inconvenient for the customer but also posts a huge risk for their safety. Hopefully they get ontop of holding their equipment accountable whenever they get new ones. Other than that, they have nice staff and decent equipment to get a workout in but if you’re someone who implements barbell movements in your workouts, either buy your own clamps or find another Crunch.

My overall experience these past 5 months summed: The front desk people are such harassers. They really only ever address you when they want something, other than that they barely say a hello back. It’s probably a job requirement to be anal. Props on the consistency of personality types tho ??

This gym is dusty. The water fountain was broken. And the pos system was down so I could buy water either during my workout the man told me to go down the street to the gas station for water. Inhumane. Very few classes available. Very small parking lot

This review goes out to storm. She is a trainer at the crunch fitness and is great at her job. I had a situation with a charge on my card and talked with management there who was terrible with phone etiquette, and customer service. I don’t think I even got his name once with the two phone calls I had with him. Yes two since he decided to cut our conversation short with a “thanks *click*”. Now since storm was my first phone call since I had cancelled my membership. I gave her a call back, and man she was great answered every question I had with a great tone of voice and politeness. She made the conversation simple and easy! Storm I appreciate you very much and if they are ever looking to replace the definitely not so great manager there, I’d highly recommend they look to you for the position! Well that’s if the pay is better lol.

The man that answered the phone claiming to be a manager just now was so rude. I was having a cancellation issue that the last manager told me he handled and made notes in my account etc.This man continued to speak over me then when I told him I didn’t want to hear about the 30day cancellation as I had already done that. He asked me were we gonna be children, my response was you are the one who keeps speaking over me. He said well watch this, hung up in my face and then wouldn’t answer the phone anymore. I can’t believe how nasty Crunch allows their employees to be.
