Stopped in to purchase crocs for my grandchildren, I was assisted by Chase who is awesome. He helped us with sizes, charms and has excellent customer service and patience. He is very personable and a beautiful smile!I asked him if there was a survey to share my experience and unfortunately they do not have one. However, I felt compelled to share my review on Google so hopefully he will get the recognition he deserves!

Terrible customer service. When I bought my daughter's Crocs, I didn't check that the numbers were wrong. I went back in the afternoon to change them and I was helped by a very unpleasant and rude woman. You lost a good customer because I'm not going to ever come back. I don't understand how you can have this type of employees. Throw her in the trash immediately.

I went to exchange crocs that I bought my father in law for Father’s Day which he wanted a larger size. I had my receipt which indicated on the receipt that you can exchange within 45 days unworn.
Kendria, salesperson, stated that they couldn’t accept the exchange without the tag on it. However it doesn’t indicate that on the receipt. She stated it is on the website which I just I researched and it is not on the website.
It appears that this location likes to create policies that does not exist. Now I have to speak with Crocs management or Corporate to understand why this location is not consistent with the company policy on the receipt and website.
I saw in a previous review that this location has a history of doing this - this is unacceptable.

Absolutely horrible terrible , Jesus(cheeses as said on his name tag.) an African American man decided to tell me he didn’t work there when i asked for help and refused to help me while he kept walking around helping only people of his own color.unbelievable how this company can hire people like this.Absolutely disgusting behavior.

I purchased what they called licensed crocs for my daughter from another location unworn with receipt this location was closer than the other so I wanted to exchange them for a smaller size once the she saw they were Hello Kitty she said I couldn't get an exchange or refund! Well it was no where on the receipt I thought she was kidding. I called customer service and was on hold 20 min the entire ride home so I hung up and called the original store and the manager said that's a rule they came out with after my purchase and she offer an exchange or refund. That's customer service. This location needs structure more talking than selling going in she made me wait until she finished he conversation to even help.

Nice store. Most of the staff is extremely helpful. I go probably 2-3 times a year to get my daughter crocks. When I took her in to shop for her there was a very sweet lady that helped us pick out a couple pairs. Graciously put up with my toddler running around pulling things down. I have had other adverse experiences also. There is one girl that gives a negative vibe that’s as far as I’m going to take that comment for now, but I may be inclined to look out for her just because I don’t want to deal with that. But mostly it’s a good place with good people.

KENDRA at this location is a total 5 star employee!!! She was soooooo friendly and helpful. Kendra greeted with a warm greeting as I entered the store and continued to maintain that same friendly energy. It was such a pleasure shopping at this location. Please keep her around. She is a huge asset to the Crocs company!!!

I went into the store yesterday on one of the busiest weekends in ATL. Kendra and about 5 associates helped me return oversized mega crush crocs, pick out new discounted ones, pick out 2 new pairs and charms. I wish I could remember all their names but the customer service was beyond what I needed. She exceeded my expectations with her gratitude and patience. Tori walked back and forth with two male associates to grab all the pairs I was interested in to make sure the size was right. The store was of plenty associates to accommodate the customers needs. The entire team was incredibly helpful. Highly recommended this location.

Came in to buy some crocs the other day and was helped by a young man named Chase. He was so kind and helpful! I will definitely be back on my next trip, wonderful customer service. He definitely deserves a raise. This location is now my go to when visiting! Will recommend to my local family and friends.

Great customer service, friendly staff and exceptional product. Desmond was a salesperson who helped me get a pair of crocs for me and my son. He went to the back and even grabbed a size from the back when what I was looking for was not on the sales floor. I believe she was the manager who checked me out but she was extremely friendly and loved the overall energy she provided. More stores need to take a page out of this stores playbook. Very appreciative of the level of service provided today!

Make sure you check your receipt. I just saw I’m not the only one wit this issue. They have some funny math when it comes to the discounts. After 25% supposedly being applied to the sale (2nd pair) you will find you ended up paying full price. Not to mention added-ons you didn’t ask for.
They tell you your math is wrong and your phone calculations are incorrect because they did take an extra $10 here and $10 there. Other stores near by have better prices but unfortunately not always the colors or sizes.
They scam you with the we are adding an extra cleaner and laniard and think you are too dumb to notice they added an extra $13 to the final price.
There was no discount at all.
If it wasn’t my kids wanted those exact colors I would have not purchased anything here.
I paid full price with a discount. Make it make sense.
Oh take your own bag. They’ll charge for bags too.

Nice Mall, nice croc store, will go back again to shop, had good variety of colors and accessories for your crocs. Very good customer service.
