  My first move from a house and these guys made everything go smoother than I ever could have hoped for.   Very late one night, I made a reservation for the company's services through uhaul.com. Within minutes, I received a confirmation text from a real person -- Anthony. I knew then that I had made a good decision, and throughout my planning, Anthony was a prompt, pleasant, and conscientious communicator. Unfortunately, my moving plans changed unexpectedly the day before the move, and when I notified Anthony that I would have to cancel, he was so kind and understanding. If I am again in need of moving help, I would not hesitate to contact him and his team. He brings such a warm spirit to what can certainly be a challenging experience.
