One star is a lot for the service I have received, since I am supposed to pay for something I can't even see, or touch, the girls who work at the counter seem to receive more commission from Steven's pro phone repair than from cricket, they showed more interested in me going there to fix my phone than in helping me in the store. At no time did they show any interest in helping. Very bad customer service.

This Review isn't directed at any particular branch of Cricket Wireless but at Cricket Wireless Corporate's policies in general.Don't think for a second that they mean it when they say "Thank you for being such a loyal customer" because they don't. Everyone should know upfront before they sign up with Cricket that they will sell you a phone as a new customer for less money only the first time because they want your business but once your a "Loyal Customer" like me, I actually have 5 lines with them.When I want to upgrade my phone they actually want to charge me $50 more for the same phone than they would if I was a new customer just walking in. So much for loyalty. It means absolutely nothing to them. To charge a loyal customer whos been with you for years $50 more than you would a stranger? No Thank you!!! If your considering them DON'T! I'll save you the trouble, their service is shoddy, my service drops off from time to time without me even knowing and who knows how long it's been off when I finally discover it. If they weren't cheap they would be out of business. I am switching my 5 lines by the end of this month. Don't make the same mistake that I did.

This store is the worst!! The lil girl in there is so rude and disrespectful, I when in to get new service and ask her some questions and she had attitude she even call the caps because I ask to speak to her manager. I call Corporate and they said they will get back to me in two days. Ppl don’t realize that customer service is number one.

Worst service we had ever experienced!!!!!! The employee was super rude. All I can say is if you don’t like your job don’t work in customer service. You attitude will represent the company. 2/02/20 at 1:15pm it was a female employee. Will never go back there.

Seemed to be a glitch with the computer the day I was there. The employees were patient and friendly. Because of the glitch my visit took a big chunk out of my day.
