Has been sent to other Cosmo Prof’s by the store to find a product only to drive 45 minutes and get to the store and they do not have wet Lawrenceville said they did unfortunately in this area there’s not many beauty supply stores so there aren’t very many options

Had a terrible experience here. The woman who works here, older white woman with glasses, I don’t if she’s a manager or supervisor or just an employee, nonetheless, she profiled me the moment I walked in & targeted me thinking that I was stealing. She gave me the nastiest attitude at the register & didn’t greet me at all when I came in. & we made DIRECT eye contact. But acted differently towards the people with her skin color. Racism and out right discrimination is disgusting ESPECIALLY working in the beauty industry, Shame on her.

This is for licensed professionals. The store didn’t ask me for my license when I walked in. Once I realized it was for licensed professionals I asked the clerk if I could still look around she said no. I asked her if they asked customers when they first walked in if they had a license, she said no because they’re always busy. It’s 8am and it was just me and she never asked me for my license but then told me I couldn’t look around when I asked if it was okay to still look around? WHAT this was my first time here. She never asked me if I had a license either. I came in to do a review of the place. Customer service needs to be worked on. There was a basket of products sitting in the middle of an isle. The location is a whole in the wall. Products are fully stocked and neatly lined up on the isle. It’s as big as a Sally’s beauty mart for reference.

The location isn't bad and the store was clean. The young lady working was nice and helpful. They were out of everything I was looking for... combs, gloves, Paul Mitchell foaming pomade and a particular nail polish. They seemed like they were low on stock of many items.

There’s nothing worse than going to a place and feeling like you’re not suppose to be there. There were two employees and one other customer besides myself. It was like I wasn’t even there. One walked literally right in front of me and didn’t even greet me. The other, I could tell she practically forced herself into speaking to me. I had to wait until the other customer was gone to get help. Definitely won’t go back!
