Most of the washing and drying machines do not work, the washing is incomplete and the clothes come out with soap, the dryer does not work, it just runs for a while without working... Very bad.. please check your machines, there is no staff or telephone number to solve problems... If you are open make sure you provide good service... Thank you

Preston cleanest I've ever seen. No dusty cobwebs. All machines working/ shinning like brand new. Laundry items & gift, cool drink . You the an atmosphere of. prayers. Peaceful. Walk down a few door to the ice cream parlor. We had a pleasant experience. Good family atmosphere

Customer Service: I went to wash linens at the laundromat and unfortunately the maximum washing machines used did not spin completely. When she asked the manager to resolve the wet linens (5 washers), she texted the manager who only offered to rewash one linen. The bedding did not require new washing. The problem could have been solved by re-spinning the load to remove the water. I asked the managers for information, which was denied. I was left with wet bedding and paid to dry it. Lesson learned and future actions for our family (1) we will spend our money at another laundromat when necessary, there are others in Snellville with working equipment; (2) go to a bilingual facility where understanding the customer's needs is understood rather than paying just for washing/drying for the returning customer's business. In short, spend your money where management captures the value of the returning customer.

The lesson learned and future actions for our family (1) we will spend our money at another laundry room when required, there are others in Snellville with working equipment; (2) go to a bi-lingual facility where understanding the customer needs versus only paying for washing/drying is understood for returning customer business. In summary, spend your money where the management grasps the value of the returned customer.

I come to this place pretty often .. I love the late hours it’s open. I’ve never had any problems . I actually just got back & I have 2 complaints Today . 1 being the Roach infestation! It’s bad! Deff needs to be bombed or sprayed thoroughly! I come every weekend buttt for some reason today it was the worst I’ve ever seen .. also the use of the bathroom at night. I’m a paying customer & still can’t use the bathroom. I understand with no attendant on late night it could be dangerous or unsanitary to leave the bathroom unlocked but if that’s the case the whole “bathroom for paying customer” sign should be removed because it doesn’t state what time you have to pay at to use the bathroom. Very inconvenient when everything else in the plaza is closed & your sitting there washing clothes for hours trying to hold your bladder ??

I went to Coin Laundry Lavanderia on Monday October 2nd 2023. The entire floor was covered in trash and extremely dirty another customer came in to start washing his clothes and the washing machine was spilling out water while it was washing the floor was flooded with soapy water...and to make matters worse I put $5 dollars in the coin machine I was given a nickel for one of my quarters....I WILL NEVER COME BACK TO THIS DISGUSTING, ABSOLUTELY FILTHY ESTABLISHMENT AGAIN......THE PLACE GAVE ME THE HEEBIE GEEBIES.... ?

This place was pretty decent, however the signs were posted saying the bathrooms were for customers only, and I was there for about 3 hours and when I went to use the bathrooms, the doors were locked and there was no one attending to the place to ask.

DO NOT COME HERE EVER Loaded 2 Maxi machines one didnt work the other had no water the whole wash but I put in detergent so I had to wait for it to finish to take out my dirty fabuloso spotted clothes. They dont care and wont help you so keep your money.
