Friendly customer service and have some good selections. Inventory is just really inconsistent and recently seems like staff might be pinching bc I made a re-purchase and the quality of the product was absolutely not the same as the original purchase. Same strain, same brand. Wasted $70 and they don't do refunds.

Matthew went over the devices in detail And actually listen to everything I said and tailored me to a specific device. After he sold me the device, he showed me how to do everything and we set it up together. I am so happy with my device and I’m so thankful that he was the sales person because I would have been lost otherwise and I probably wouldn’t have the device because, I don’t know how to set them up. That’s why I didn’t buy one sooner! Matthew, you’re awesome! Someone give this man a raise!

I love this smoke shop! I purchased a delta 8 product and it was very smooth. It tasted yummy too! The next time I came in I brought a vape and their water pipes are awesome! So many options! I met with Jay, the owner! He is a very nice guy! I always shop at Cloud9 in Lilburn/ Stone Mt Area! Their products are legit and I am never concerned about receiving a fake product when I shop here!

Love this shop, it's super clean, organized and the staff is really friendly & helpful especially Christopher. The only thing is they never keep stuff in stock for long bc when they do have the popular flavors/brands in, people buy so many at once and they never stay on the shelves. I cant come here and 100% know im gonna get the specific or flavor/brand that i've gotten before. they still have a nice selection just need to be more consistent.
