“My experience at Sugarloaf Mills Mall on December 18, 2023 is one I'll never forget! I'm not always a review writing girl but if I had a phenomenal experience somewhere, I need to let Yelp know about it! My daughter and I were last minute shopping for a dress for her 18th birthday. We were pretty certain we'd find something at Windsor because we always do but on this day nothing was really jumping out at her. An employee by the name of NAYDELI assisted us with a fitting room, found out the occasion we were celebrating and asked if she could pick out some pieces for my daughter to try on. She did not miss!! My daughter looooved one of her picks and it was the one she ended up choosing! Naydeli was like a dress fairy whizzing back and forth! She was absolutely incredible and so attentive you would've thought we were the only ones in the store but she was also in multitasking beast mode! I mean from start to finish, hands down this young lady has the retail biz in a headlock! The best Windsor customer service experience EVER!! Service so good, I almost asked for her schedule just to make sure I only come when she's there lol! Thank you, Naydeli!! (Pronounced exactly the way it's spelled, get it right!).”
“Aves was an absolute doll. Overheard I needed help with finding something and she quickly attended to me. Ending up finding exactly what I was looking for after walking in the mall for forever and sold me a second one lol. She definitely rescued me that day!”
“The energy from the staff and within the store was absolutely AMAZING! I spoke with Chris (the assistant manager) who was very friendly and welcoming. Troy was the employee to assist me throughout my visit and was such a positive blessing to speak with. She was so incredibly upbeat and personable, I felt like I was speaking with a long time friend and not someone I had just met 30 minutes prior. With living far away from all Earthbound locations, THIS was the exact energy I was hoping to feel when visiting. In the midst of a chaotic and packed out mall, I found myself a small safe space right within Earthbound. Thank you again for the positive experience, Troy and Chris! ?”

“Visited Forever 21 at SL Mills in GA . I visit this location several times per month. The service is always great! The manager Q is very responsive to the needs of the guest. He greets them as he is working on the floor. I didn’t know he was the mgr. until one of the employees asked for assistance. He has done a good job of hiring staff. The store is clean and organized.

“Great selection of affordable clothing. I hadn't been in years and came inside today. Pleasantly surprised. I only wish their shoe and jewelry items had more. The jewelry is kinda tacky (lots of large gaudy rhinestones). Shoes need more in women's 9-11 sizes. Otherwise it's great. I will be back!”
“My sons and i have been shopping at manhattan for many yrs! We moved to ga in 2002 my sons love their pants, shirts, shorts & sweat outfits!!! The husband n wife are very friendly and know my sons and say hi when they see them come in the store. They are fantastic love this store!!!”

“I'm always scared to go in Ross because of the longgggg checkout line that goes all the way around the store. But, finally, they have self checkouts. Even if it is cards only. I love it!You'll have someone remove the alarm tag, and then you do your own transaction. And someone else will check your purchase and receipt.I understand the whole shenanigans of double checking with all the thefts that we have now a day. But, it might drive some customers crazy to be checked twice.I'm all for it if it gets me in and out without that awful long line. Now I can shop a Ross at any time of the day.”

“The store did not have a place on the shelf for Aerie Off-line medium-short high waisted full length. Lots of 7/8 lengths and flared leggings. The positive is the clearance sale. I purchased full length overalls and they had her size-small. The original price was around $70. I paid $29 with tax!!”

“We had an incredible experience here! As soon as we walked in Luis and Ash were ready to help us, no waiting around (they immediately recognized us from the last time we came). We were in a total tuxedo emergency for the groom himself, and the team came through big time. Amir and Francisco helped a lot with second options for color/size with shirts as well! They found a tux that looked great, fit within our budget, and most importantly, fit the groom comfortably especially with his big ol' gut. We were out the door just in time for the wedding. Huge thanks to the whole team it saved us big time!!! Highly recommend!!!”
