I chose this shop bc it works with my insurance, they gave me a date to drop off my car, Steven as soonest he saw my car started telling me that it will be hard to get a bumper bc is a 2007 model, he said instead of dropping it off I will make a walk trough and you can take it back, I try to understand but after 2 days I called my insurance and explained what happened, my insurance called and they gave me another appointment to drop it off, finally the day came and again steve checked my car again and explained to me that he thinks that some someone fix the bumper before using bondo, he sounded like he wanted not to fix it, I called my insurance and they are tracking with pictures of the damages, but after a day he called me to get my car, this shop made me drive twice for this guy Steve to make me waste my time, gas with an horrendous customer service.STAY AWAY FROM THIS SHOP, TAKE YOUR CAR SOMEWHERE ELSE.

Another Excellent Service, this is the 2nd time using Classic Collision of Lawrenceville for repairs on my car. 2nd time with Stephen, a TRUE TRUE Gentleman from start to finish. I made an appointment to drop my car off and get a rental car. The process went smoothly. They work closely with Enterprise Rent-A-Car on Riverside Pkwy, who are also very friendly. The damage wasn't major. There was scratches and dents on the left side front bumper and fender, and the bumper support was broken from the accident. In less than 3 business days, the repair was complete. They are not only fast, they are also thorough and has the best customer service. I did service with them in the past and I will continue to be their loyal customer. 5 starts all around.

Steven is the worst. If you have concerns or questions after he works on your vehicle, he acts like you’re bothering him or getting on his nerves. Couldn’t even do the job right. If you’re going through GEICO GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.

I took my vehicle to repair after the accident and they did a super, super repair on it. It's just like brand new from the dealer. I truly a highly recommended for you to go and do repairs there.

This repair company was recommended by my insurance company USAA. I took my 2019 GMC Denilac to have it repaired. Steven did the repair estimate and I was pleased. Then it went down hill from there. I was texted that my truck would be ready on Wednesday. I go there to get it and it’s not ready. Hasn’t even been to paint shop. I ask the receptionist about it she says oh I sent out the wrong text. Text was sent to me Friday the week before. I have already made plans for my truck to use it. I asked to speak to Steven and he has a nasty attitude towards me. While we are talking some other older man walks up and stairs me up and down. So I leave then they send me another text about my truck will be ready for pick up on Wednesday two hours later no it won’t be ready for two more days. They don’t care about their dead lines they tell people and you just have to deal with it. Don’t carry your vehicle there.

Complete Garbage. They screw you over by charging for oem parts and downgrading everything. Worst decision I’ve ever made going to them via insurance claim, Please whatever you do do not file your claim with them.

Second time servicing at this location and although the first time I wrote a good review, second time my experience was absolutely unpleasant. Needed some repaires on the and under damaged tire. Tire was supposed to be completely changed and some other repairs should be done. It took them a month. Every week I would get a text message with smthg new they have found and needed to order. Well, even that part did not disappoint that much and I just patiently waited. After a month I came to pick up my car, drove home and TPMS lights came on. Never happened before, never saw those lights so did not even know what did it mean. So, the next day came back, they took a look and told me that was because of the tire pressure. Well, driving back home, lights On again. Calling again they said to go the dealership (Audi) who did the alignment. Again, what do I know. Next day driving to the dealership just to find out that the car came to their dealership for alignment with TPMS lights On and it was mentioned in papers. OK, again call the CC, talk to manager, leave the car for diagnostic. Long story short the diagnostic showed that the Wrong tire was installed. Such a rookie mistake and very unprofessional. I was told that they informed the CC and I will get a call back on what to do next. Well, nobody called me that day, next day. I was done and called them, talked to the receptionist, she talked to the manager, and then just told me that they ordered the new tire and when it was going to be delivered they will let me know. Absolute disaster. No call from the manager, no apologies, like nothing happened. My time, hours off work, driving back and forth and such an attitude from their side. Wasted another week for everything to be done. Lack of communication, irresponsible, poor work. They got paid and I guess their priority to get the money but they don't have any ideas what are they doing and how to have a good and honest business with their customers.

Dropped my son's car off there on 3/25 to have Driver’s side front end damage fixed. Granted anytime insurance is involved, you know there's going to be hassles. Picked it up today. She looked so Purdy.
For as many times as I called during all those weeks to check the status of the vehicle, Jessica, Matt, and the other associates were so patient with me and answered my questions as best they could. I'm just so happy my son finally has his car back, bc that means *I* finally have my car back.
Thanks Classic Collision for putting my son's baby back to proper working order.

Classic Collision was so helpful and attentive during my rental process. They made everything super easy and always let me know what was happening with the repairs of my car. Stephen did an excellent job and even cleaned my car out! It looks fantastic and I would definitely come here again.

While visiting my sister in Georgia my car was hit. And the other persons insurance which was Geico took responsibility and suggested I use Classic Collision for the damages. Which I did. They’ve gone over and beyond to take care of the damages. Everyone is so kind and every step of the way they communicated updates about my vehicle. Stephen really took care of the details. If you’re looking for a body shop this is the one!
