I put in an application months before school started August 2022 for an Ada form. It was lost since I guess management or whom ever was in charged lost my paper work. Resubmitted near the middle of July but later received a call that there are no more slots open. I guess it was for the best given the reviews and no one knew what they were doing. Glad I wasn't able to enroll her.

We had a wonderful experience at Childtime of Lawrenceville. Ms. Kyrah and Ms. Barbie were wonderful. My child was well taken care of. If and when there were accidents I was immediately notified by my Ms. Celia or teacher via message through their parent portal and by phone. We had a hard time adjusting at first but eventually we got through it. They have a great infant program. I recommend Ms Kyrah and Ms Barbie. The reset of the staff were nice too. If you are looking for a place for your child to be watched and played with, I would recommend this facility. Really inexpensive /reasonable tuition for infant care. If you want your child to have more structure / academic focused curriculum this place may not work, but for infant care it’s a good first stop.

It is unacceptable that a parent was not notified of a incident between two kids immediately after incident happened at school. Who waits until hours later to inform a parent but calls the other parent to let them know. There are physical scratches on his face and all you write in an incident report is he has one scratch on his face. WORSE SCHOOL EVER! Christina Labrador should be FIRED!!!

Facility and staff seem nice. Well organized for post-COVID env. However updates on our children's activities are often delayed and not as frequent as the previous location they attended.

On 10/8/2021, I went to pick my daughter up from the center. When picking her up, she was not in her usual class. The young lady working informed me that there had been an incident but she wasn't aware of it because she had just gotten there. The young lady also inquired about my daughter's name because she had just started. I mentioned this because the turn over rate is substantially high here and it shows their quality of care. I read the incident report that stated that my daughter informed the teacher that a male student had shown his private parts. I stop at the front desk to speak with the director's "assistant" (as she calls her) and was informed that the classroom is an L-shape room and it is only one teacher in the class so she is incapable of watching all of the children. She goes on to say that behavior like this should be expected from children around this age.I proceeded to my vehicle to question my child because I just didn't feel right. She was so nervous and reluctant to tell me what happened. She began crying and I had to comfort her into disclosing what happened. My child reported that she was laying on her cot and the boy kissed her and inappropriately touched her. I called to inquire about why I wasn't contacted since the boy's parents were contacted and he had been taken from the school earlier in the day but I never received a response. I later decided to contact the director directly since she refused to respond on Bright Wheel or return a phone call. Again I was brushed off and made to feel like this matter was nothing more than a young man coming out of the bathroom with his privates showing. But yet his parents were called to pick him up and I wasn't contacted at all, only notified when I picked her up. As an added factor, the other student exposed himself only but the incident report was only applicable to my daughter and it was because she reported something to them, but the actual truth has not been determined. This is one of the most unprofessional, unorganized and untactful daycares that I have ever encountered. To have any type of peace that your child's best interest are at hand and they are safe is totally disregarded at this facility. They worry about everything but caring for the Children's needs. They assumed that my child wasn't going to tell me that they left the children in the room unattended during nap time and the incident took place. This daycare has been a concern and maybe management should look into revamping that entire system because it has not worked for a long time and these children are being neglected and definitely aren't safe. They also try their best to cover up all of their dirty work but they send several messages throughout the day regarding matters that are not critical. I will go to my grave before I let this go and allow my daughter or any other child to be at imminent risk. It's sad that actual victims/children seem to get penalized when alleged perpetrators are allowed to go home early and play. My child was left in this room with the student until his mother picked him up. Again this is not so much about the children as it is the irresponsible, untrained, and unconcerned adults that work at this facility.

Horrible school. Please please never take your kid to childtime on old norcross. My son was there for 3 months and they don't watch the kids at all!!!! My son kept telling me that a kid kept hitting him, I report it to the director Mrs Terri. (Never did anything) Today I picked up my son and one of the teachers came out and said "Mom today their was an incident between your son and another child, but we did a repot and we spoke to the other kids mom. Your son just has some little scratches on his face". I stood there waiting for my son to be brought, once he was close enough for me to see the scratches. I saw scratches all over his face. I started crying and I apologized to my son because of their mistakes and lack of attention. I do not touch my son in such brutal way for some other child to do so, is unacceptable!!! I have pictures of bruises my son has come home to and tells me some kid hits him. What a horrible experience that I do NOT wish on any other child to go through.

I originally had a tour scheduled for Friday December 13 2019. An emergency came up so I called, spoke with an employee and rescheduled for today Monday December 16 2019 at 1pm. Although I know it's nap time for the class I was supposed to tour, the woman I spoke with Friday reassured me that I would still be able to tour the facility meet the teachers e.t.c. I arrived for my scheduled tour today, only to wait ro be buzzed in 5 mins, because no one was paying attention or would come to the door. An employee I assume returning from her lunch break, let me in and ordered me to have a seat. Another woman came to the front desk and asked what class, and told me to wait. She returns telling me there is no one available to give me the tour and the children are taking a nap(I explained to her I knew the children would be napping but I was told I could still tour) she started with an attitude, well we don't have anyone available to give you a tour.I took my time from work on my lunch break to tour your facility, only to have my time wasted. You all did me a huge favor, showing me your unprofessionalism, and letting me know, me, my child, my money, and my time is not important to you. I definitely won't be returning. This was a blessing in disguise. Thank you!!

I visited this center today. While I waited for the director to arrive for our appointment (about 15-20 min), I saw multiple people walk into the infant room and the toddler room in street shoes. Also, the teachers in both rooms were constantly on their cell phones/tablets. The teacher in the infant room was on a device the whole entire time I was there, and she was managing to feed two babies at the same time. Needless to say, I moved on to the next facility on my list.

Ms.Jaime, the family admissions specialist, was awesome throughout the entire process from the first time I visited Childtime learning center. She kept in touch with how the school search was going way before I chose Childtime learning center. She genuinely demonstrated personal attention throughout the entire process. She listened to the concerns I had with wanting to choose the right school. She helped by offering a solution many times which had a huge deciding factor among other factors as to why I chose Childtime learning center over others schools I visited. The director at this location was really accommodating and helpful throughout enrollment and answered all of the many questions I had. We were genuinely welcomed here. I can't wait to see how the curriculum taught by the teachers in this preschool will benefit my kids.

As a former educator and mother im begging all prospective parents to not bring your children to this school. My son has been here for only a week and this has been one of the worst weeks ever! I have never had to complain about a center. I worried about him everyday at my job which no parent should have to go through. My son was being bullied by an older child in the class who used derogatory words towards him, he was refused water because he wasn't "allowed to leave the class" to use the water fountain outside the door he came home so dehydrated he gulped down a 16oz bottle of water. He was also put in time out which as we know now is no longer being used in early childhood education when dealing with children. The staff are uneducated in early childhood development and really have no passion to work with children. They are simply there to babysit and get a check. I have voiced all my concerns to the lady in the front and nothing has been done. She just seemed unbothered by it all and says she will look into it. I have taken him out of the school and am leaving this review for any parents who are thinking about bringing their children here please do not.

My kids went here for over 2 years. It started out great. I had 4 children here. I had to pull my big 3 because they got dropped off at school late a few times. They didn't seem to think they should let me know my kid's were late for school. That matters when I have my kid's on a permissive transfer. Love GA Pre K with Nicole and Ronnie the 2016-2017 school year!!! Love Private Pre K 2015-2016 with Alona!!! Had to send 2 of my kids after school got out and they didn't want to go. Tried to send them last week and they didn't want to go. I don't know any of the new teachers by name. My youngest didn't want to stay after the pre K program was over. The last few months of the school year I paid for before and after care that I barely used since I had to change my work schedule to ensure my children weren't late for school. All the good teachers quit. Most left in 2015 and 2016. Most of the people working there now are young adults. I personally don't like leaving my 4 children with anyone younger than me. I didn't have any issues before this past school year with them.
