The staff and teachers at CNI210 are the heart of this school and most of them clearly care very deeply about their work caring for and teaching each student. The school offers different options for dietary needs, which is much appreciated! The few times I've raised a concern, the staff has listened and addressed the situation. There have been many improvements to this school over the past year, such as fresh paint, flooring and classroom toys. No school is perfect, but they're doing a great job and seem to be continuously striving to improve. My kids love this school and I feel that they are safe here.

I wanted to share my experience with Childcare Network to help fellow parents make informed decisions regarding childcare options. My child started there in July 2021 at 15 months old. Initially, I was hopeful for the learning and social interaction opportunities, but unfortunately, our experience was marked by several concerning issues during the 6 months we were there:-Frequent staff turnover.-Regular instances of my child being picked up with dirty clothes and face.-An incident where my child fell from a chair, necessitating a doctor visit.-Another incident where my child drank from a cup containing Benadryl intended for another child.-Constant illnesses, leading to severe ear infections and requiring ear tubes, despite rarely falling ill prior to daycare.-Lack of communication regarding necessary supplies like diapers, clothes, and sippy cups.-Inconsistent classroom placement, ranging from 3-year-olds to infants on different days.-Days when my child was watching videos on a tablet instead of engaging in educational activities.-Lack of a structured curriculum for my child's age group, contrary to advertised claims.-Unreliable daily Kid Reports with activities and pictures, often not received or fabricated. No updates or information about school events or activities.-Inadequate communication between staff and Director about my child's well-being and daily activities.-Infrequent diaper changes leading to discomfort and diaper rashes.-Noticeable negative change in my child's behavior and demeanor during his time at Childcare Network.-Occasions when my child was put to sleep in a baby crib while other toddlers were playing outside.Despite addressing my concerns with Director Ms. Joyce on multiple occasions, there were no lasting improvements. Consequently, I withdrew my child from Childcare Network at the end of the year and transitioned him to a new daycare. The positive changes and growth I've seen in my child since then have been remarkable, highlighting the misalignment of Childcare Network with our family's needs. While Childcare Network may offer basic care, the lack of consistent staffing, poor communication, and disorganization at this location were substantial concerns. If you seek a nurturing learning environment with attentive staff and teachers, I'd recommend exploring alternative childcare options.

My son turned a year old and we decided it was time for daycare. The FIRST DAY my son was here, he came home with a huge bruise on his cheek. I was not allowed to view the camera footage, although I was told during my tour that camera footage would be available in case there was an incident. I was told that it was “company policy” that parents were not allowed to see video footage. Why the lack of transparency? What are you hiding? When I called corporate to let them know what happened, I never got a call back from their Family services department. The whole company seems sketchy. They use an app for parent updates called Kid Reports that hasn’t worked since my account was created so I had no idea what my son ate, how many diaper changes he had, what time he played, etc.The director did seem to take my complaints seriously but I think her hands were tied by “corporate” about how she could help. I’m lucky that we have a family member who is going to watch our son at home for the foreseeable future, but this is a sad place for parents who have no other choice.

Both my sons attend the school; almost 3 and 8 months. Mrs. Champion in the baby room is amazing! She makes sure my baby is safe while learning to eat and stand. Ms. Tajah and Ms. Anastasia are great with my older boy. He's a unique kid and they are always patient with him. The cook, Mr. Teddy cares about the kids and always makes sure the kitchen smells amazing. Mrs. Kim the director is the best childcare management I've ever had the pleasure of talking to. Whenever I have questions she makes sure to take time to explain and help us with next steps. Both my sons love her and the staff here. With my third on the way, he will definitely be attending as well.

Watching Miss Kim interact with the parents with pick up and calling the kids by name as soon as the parents came in sealed the deal for me. I really hope my son grows with this daycare and i don’t plan on leaving.

After an evaluation, therapist, and a new school I can say for certain that this school does not know how to talk to children, handle children, or even have the basic common sense of looking over children. This school had me scared, and as a parent, I sought out professional help. His new school, teachers and therapist are all on the same page that no one should be sending their child here.

Childcare Network was referred to us by a family friend who cared for our son after she closed her home daycare. From the first meeting and tour, the director and staff were very friendly and welcoming. So much so that my husband wanted to sign our one year up on the spot. This is very rare for him because it takes alot to gain his trust and respect. Our son started this past Monday and he didn't even cry his first day. Another thing that made me feel even better about CN, is that on the first day, I noticed a little boy running in at full speed. I thought to myself, if kiddos are running to get into this place, that's a good sign that my son is in good hands. Looking forward to a great partnership with CN.

If you love your child do not send them to this establishment. These people do not deserve the benefit of doubt. The first week my child went here he was perfectly healthy and came back with a stomach flu. The second week he comes home with bite marks and scratches on the two different occasions. That was enough for me plus they don’t let you pack snacks for your kid and everyday I pick up my kid he’s telling me he’s hungry. This is just a day care that preys on working parents and thinks they can mistreat your kid any type of way. I would not recommend this day care to my worse enemy.

Been working for Childcare Network since they have been at this location. My children went through here until they aged out and I have always been satisfied as a parent as well as a staff member. There are ups and downs no matter the job but I really appreciate working for Childcare Network #210, I would never want to leave the parents and children that I have grown to know and love. I’ve known some of them before they were born and I have worked side by side with some of the same students I taught. Now that’s a blessing and makes it all worth what I have done and sacrificed.

I work for Childcare Network as a GA Pre K Teacher. I am very happy that Ms. Joyce is able to join our team again! She is a very kind person who treats me and all of the staff with respect. She is always ready to listen and assist me with any concerns or needs I might have as a teacher. I am looking forward to teaching in the next school year knowing that she will be here as a director for this center.

When I started looking for a Daycare for my toddler to attend. Some of the daycares were okay. When I came across Childcare Network I felt a warm, caring environment after meeting the director and the Staff. My Daughter was 2yrs old at the time, she is now 3. She has learned alot from her teachers and other students in her class. The staff is amazing. They work together to make sure the are in great care. I would like to keep her here all the way through if I could.

My daughter attended Child Care Network since she was a 1.5 years old. Child Care Network supported my child beyond the organization. Thanks Quaniesha, Ms. Kim, and Ms. Joyce. You are like family.
