I really enjoyed working here. The staff was fun and they truly care about the kids. They constantly had fun things to do to keep the children engaged and entertained while also maintaining relationships with the parents. Working here has helped me to gain some valuable skills that I can take with me anywhere and the friendships I have gained has really helped me grow.

Let’s just start off by saying if I could give a 0 star I would ! My child was here for all of 1 month and a half and it was the worse all the way down to my child saying everyday she didn’t want to go back ! She was in the 4s class room with Ms.l and Ms.Tajah , Ms.Tajah who had the class room smelling like weed and was even high when I did my tour ! As my child was crying everyday which she’s never did at any daycare they tried to accommodate her in the wrong ways … in which they started to say she wasn’t listening because they didn’t want to accommodate her anymore ! They even told my child she couldn’t go outside because she “ wasn’t listening “ which is illegal.. every child is suppose to go outside which is why they have recess in elementary school ! After a conference with the teacher she was upset lol ! And apparently management was also ? , after I stated maybe they go about accommodating their kids in the wrong way then wanna say they “ not listening “ as I’ve noticed before my child attended she was advanced at her last school and here everything has declined ! Being that she’s going to pre k it was very disappointing! Another incident was .. the oven broke at the school and they gave the kids shredded cheese and a tortilla for lunch and didn’t even notify the parents ! My child wasn’t eating the lunch at all so they let her bring lunch … and after the meeting they said she couldn’t anymore ? ! It was even a day what a coincidence both teachers were out “ sick “ and they shut the classroom down and the kids couldn’t come and they took 10$ off the next payment ! ? Not to mention the UNPROFESSIONAL wanna be supervisor Kim is the worst she called herself asking me is their a problem lol she really puts herself on a high pedestal because she talks to a black man not forgetting wat she really is ! and feels as if she can disrespect parents especially young ones ! She think won’t say anything back ! And she never even their ! ! The worst ! I don’t recommend ! If your kids telling u they don’t Like it not only look into it but also trust your instinct ! Another incident within the month she was their ! The teachers talk to the kids CRAZY in which her dad in on her talking to the kid in that manner and apparently the teacher has a reputation! It’s always a new teacher and everybody is so young . No experience! All that to say ! Keep looking and I definitely most certainly will be reporting them to state ! MY CHILD LEARNED NOTHING! Does the yea hers even have credentials to work their ???? And don’t leave a sorry response because idc and will be contacting corporate also !

Ms. Kim and her team have went above and beyond for my granddaughter. We have felt more than welcomed in their facility. My granddaughter has felt so comfortable there that we have seen massive improvements in her growth on social skills and interacting with other kids. If I could give 10 stars I most definitely would. Go Ms. Kim and staff you’re very much appreciated!

Our oldest son attended this facility back when Ms. Joyce was the director from 2019 to 2020. We had an amazing experience and at that time there were well qualified teachers employed; so we thought our youngest son was in good hands when we decided to enroll him in 2022.
Fast forward to now (2024), our 3-year-old's experience has been a total nightmare and we have finally decided to disenroll him.
Let me just preface this by saying that if your child has any behavioral concerns, which most toddlers do as they're growing and learning how to socialize, then this is not the place for your child. The staff has absolutely NO clue on how to positively encourage children and help them through adverse behavioral phases. Instead, they expect parents to be able to resolve behavioral issues that are only occurring at school and not even mimicked at home.
In addition, while attending this facility, our son was plagued with so many illnesses; and not just the typical colds that kids get at school, but bacterial illnesses that caused vomiting, fever, and so much pain for our little guy. Come to find out it ended up being an issue with the staff not properly washing his hands after using the bathroom. How disgusting! And the sad part about it is that it occurred on numerous occasions over the course of a year and a half. So our son went through these bouts several times. We had so many urgent care visits and missed work days behind this.
In addition, he also suffered a scratch on the back of his neck which has left a permanent mark from an incident where he was climbing on a shelf while his teacher was not paying attention and had to grab him at the last minute and accidentally dug her nails into his skin to keep him from falling. The director loves to write incident reports but never gave us an incident report regarding this matter. Instead we were just advised of it verbally and he was sent home.
On top of all of this, they cram several children into a TINY classroom and expect them to all just sit down on the carpet or at tables for hours and behave while watching a tablet. These are kids. They have lots of energy and steam they need to blow off. They should not be subjected to having to act like they are in a concentration camp.
There's absolutely no educational curriculum. Everything my son has learned while at this school is information he already learned while being at home with me for his first two years of life. He hasn't learned anything new in over a year and a half.
I tried my absolute best to not involve corporate, however, when I finally did contact them via their email, I never received a response. Instead, I got a call from the director telling me that if I have issues, then next time I need to call her personal cell phone. So apparently there is no chain of command.
If you don't want to waste your money, put your job at risk, and subject your child to an environment that will ultimately cause them trauma and trigger them to behave aggressively, then I would advise you to avoid this facility at all costs.
Our family is utterly tired and disgusted. Thankfully, we've been able to seek legal assistance to help us with all of the medical bills and the pain and suffering that we've experienced since giving this unprofessional and unorganized facility our business.
We will make them pay, that's for sure!

Ms. Kim is very rude and disrespectful to parents. The other staff gossip about other parents and talk about their own personal problems at the front desk instead of working. I’m concerned about what conversation and language is being used around the children.

The staff and teachers at CNI210 are the heart of this school and most of them clearly care very deeply about their work caring for and teaching each student. The school offers different options for dietary needs, which is much appreciated! The few times I've raised a concern, the staff has listened and addressed the situation. There have been many improvements to this school over the past year, such as fresh paint, flooring and classroom toys. No school is perfect, but they're doing a great job and seem to be continuously striving to improve. My kids love this school and I feel that they are safe here.

I wanted to share my experience with Childcare Network to help fellow parents make informed decisions regarding childcare options. My child started there in July 2021 at 15 months old. Initially, I was hopeful for the learning and social interaction opportunities, but unfortunately, our experience was marked by several concerning issues during the 6 months we were there:-Frequent staff turnover.-Regular instances of my child being picked up with dirty clothes and face.-An incident where my child fell from a chair, necessitating a doctor visit.-Another incident where my child drank from a cup containing Benadryl intended for another child.-Constant illnesses, leading to severe ear infections and requiring ear tubes, despite rarely falling ill prior to daycare.-Lack of communication regarding necessary supplies like diapers, clothes, and sippy cups.-Inconsistent classroom placement, ranging from 3-year-olds to infants on different days.-Days when my child was watching videos on a tablet instead of engaging in educational activities.-Lack of a structured curriculum for my child's age group, contrary to advertised claims.-Unreliable daily Kid Reports with activities and pictures, often not received or fabricated. No updates or information about school events or activities.-Inadequate communication between staff and Director about my child's well-being and daily activities.-Infrequent diaper changes leading to discomfort and diaper rashes.-Noticeable negative change in my child's behavior and demeanor during his time at Childcare Network.-Occasions when my child was put to sleep in a baby crib while other toddlers were playing outside.Despite addressing my concerns with Director Ms. Joyce on multiple occasions, there were no lasting improvements. Consequently, I withdrew my child from Childcare Network at the end of the year and transitioned him to a new daycare. The positive changes and growth I've seen in my child since then have been remarkable, highlighting the misalignment of Childcare Network with our family's needs. While Childcare Network may offer basic care, the lack of consistent staffing, poor communication, and disorganization at this location were substantial concerns. If you seek a nurturing learning environment with attentive staff and teachers, I'd recommend exploring alternative childcare options.

My son turned a year old and we decided it was time for daycare. The FIRST DAY my son was here, he came home with a huge bruise on his cheek. I was not allowed to view the camera footage, although I was told during my tour that camera footage would be available in case there was an incident. I was told that it was “company policy” that parents were not allowed to see video footage. Why the lack of transparency? What are you hiding? When I called corporate to let them know what happened, I never got a call back from their Family services department. The whole company seems sketchy. They use an app for parent updates called Kid Reports that hasn’t worked since my account was created so I had no idea what my son ate, how many diaper changes he had, what time he played, etc.The director did seem to take my complaints seriously but I think her hands were tied by “corporate” about how she could help. I’m lucky that we have a family member who is going to watch our son at home for the foreseeable future, but this is a sad place for parents who have no other choice.
