*UPDATE* SOOOOOO ELATED that Ms.. Roxy took back over and let those awful people go! Back to business as usual now.*Old Post* Unfortunately the customer service has gone done tremendously since new management! ? We have been loyal customers for going on 3 years. There is a huge difference now that Ms. Roxy and Anne are no longer there. I'd rather travel a little further to ensure I get decent customer service.

They make their own prices up as they go, and they will rip you off! She charged me $4 more ($13.99) for a disposable vape that should be $9.99. I will continue to buy from everywhere else except here.
