Both my Mom and my Aunt have shopped at Cato all of my life and as a young adult I started the shopping myself. I’ve always loved the clothes and as I became a plus size shopper in my 40’s I welcomed the stylish selection and fair pricing for good quality.I loved it so much I got a job here so I can get an employee discount! Although I did not plan on becoming a store manager I truly appreciate the boutique feeling of the store and always love meeting new people and helping them to look FABULOUS!!

One of my favorite stores! I get most of my professional teaching outfits from Cato. I often wait for items to go on clearance and then score them! Always love their earring selections too!

I came in on August 23rd with my mom, since the beginning the two front ladies had their eyes on us. My mom went in the fitting room first, as she came out she handed one of her shirts to the salesperson. I then went in and as I tried on my skirt it fit too big. I told my mom to pass me a size smaller as I didn’t see any of the sales ladies. Immediately after my mom handed me the skirt the lady told me to make sure I asked her for anything as she needed to make sure what I had in the fitting room (I didn’t think anything of it). As I was getting ready to get out of the fitting room, sales lady asked my mom if she wanted to pay now. My mom told her that she was waiting and didn’t want to pay right then. As I was getting ready to pay one of the ladies told the other to check the fitting room (the one my mom was in) if there was another shirt in there. My mom told her she had handed it to the lady. And the sales lady denied ever receiving it. The other salesperson showed her what shirt she was talking about and then the lady said she had…? Ok. Anyways my mom then told her “I love Cato, I come in here all the time. Never have I been watched so intensely. I don’t understand why I’ve been followed since I’ve come in.” My mom then walked off to the front of the store and another costumer told her “that’s so terrible.. I’m sorry that’s happening to you.” Honestly I love Cato but the salespeople should do better.

I had not been to Cato in a long time until today. I had forgotten how they have the racks organized by outfits (no thinking about what matches!) and I was really impressed by all of the color choices (I'm trying to stop wearing so much black). The customer service was outstanding and the clothes are priced great. I walked out with a whole bag of new stuff!

They get new merchandise weekly and their prices are really cheap. I can't leave without buying 2-3 outfits. Their jewelry is usually marked down and matches their current outfit sets. Here's some recent jewelry i purchased.

Ashley didn't get the shop went there but they wouldn't open the doors he said they were having problems and it was going to be a couple hours till they could open so I just left and didn't go back
