This store stays fully stocked with great items for sale and the sales lady MJ is always pleasant with me. I love her positive energy which keeps coming back to this location. The whole staff at this location are nice and helpful and knowledgeable but that MJ is just something different in a great way and for that reason I give location a high 5 times that 5.

They are one the worst pawn shop in the world. Pawn my PS5 with controller and case but fell out of pawn for 4 days. They though a 50$ case away like a plastic bag. If I could give them a negative ⭐ I would.

Pawned a PlayStation. They sold it and tried to give me one that wasn’t mine.Pawned my laptop as well (before getting the ps out) and they also wiped my laptop and put it in a display case and tried to tell me the broken laptop they swapped with it was mine. NEVER do business here!

Very rude manager. Very disrespectful. (Short haired African-American lady…) She takes advantage of people’s situation and doesn’t try to help. Talks down to people. I saw this on 3 different visits. I’m not doing business with them again. Don’t ever engage in bad business..I learned that from this place.
