Bought a suit..got home no pants will not replace them..worse service ever..Thieves tries to sell me another pair. Picking up suit after tailor fixed it. BEWARE
You tried to sell me some pants..We spent over 300 with suit and shoes. I should have left you the jacket and vest since you stole the pants no reason to need pants. Your customer service is terrible and I will post 300.00 of reviews are well as refer you to BBB. Text you tomorrow

Worst store on the planet. Dude that helped me smelled like an ashtray. The clothes in this store are dirty and tacky. If you need something tacky and awful, this is the store for you.

Bought my Husband a suit and some shoes and they fit great with the help of the worker all he did was look at a picture. Awesomeeeee!!! Thank you for the great customer service!! No picture of the suit yet he has to go get it hemmed.

This place was amazing. My son is 6'3 272 pounds and wait until the last min to decide he wanted to go to prom. Went went absolutely everywhere and was told by alot of companies that they didn't carry his size. We came to to Casanova the day before prom. Was able to get everything we needed. The blazer came from another store in Burford ga. They made sure I got it the day of prom. I'm so happy for this experience. Thank you guys so much for making my son day special

Today I had a wonderful experience. In my desperate search for a prom tuxedo I found on AMAZING store. They had everything I needed. The young man that assisted us knew how to listen to my needs. We only had to try on one suit. WOW! Shoes, shirt, pants,belt and I was done... When I tell you 30 minutes in and out! K & G, D & K, you lost this customer.

Don’t get me wrong, this place has a great selection of suits… but the overall store and the people there were not helpful, at least for black women. My sister and I went in to look for suits for prom and the our experience was not very nice. Only one lady came up to help us and soon left after about 3 mins and helped another customer for about 15. We looked for other workers in the store, whom most of them were actually on their phone, but when we came up to them for help, one lady turned her back on us and pretended she did not see us until I addressed her. Before we had even came today, we actually went there a couple days ago and that same lady just stared at us without saying anything while it was very obvious that we were looking for help. But back to the situation, we asked a question hoping to get a response, and she left and never came back. After that situation, we then went to a man who seemed a little hostile. We then looked around the store a little while longer with no help and left. I did not enjoy my experience here at all and most certainly will not be coming back.

We come from a conservative farm country in Ohio. Uhhh this wouldnt go over well there. It was fun looking but more as an oddity. This looks like something Liberace Would have worn to prom. But it must do business to afford to be in the mall.
