Make sure you pay attention to their business hours (especially if you call corporate to set your in store appointment).”

“I rented a car from this location yesterday and have had a positive experience so far. I showed up early and anticipated a wait on my car, which there was. It was being cleaned so I waited out front. 15-20 minutes went by. Employee Vanessa kindly came out and gave me keys to a different car so I did not need to keep waiting.
