“Went with a friend so she could get a rental car and they were very nice. I believe the guy who helped her was Trey. He was knowledgeable and friendly. Her rental was very clean and in great shape. Make sure you pay attention to their business hours (especially if you call corporate to set your in store appointment).”

“I understand where these reviews are coming from - this location is busy and understaffed. I personally had a great experience - Grant was hustling by himself to help 3 people all picking up at 8am and he had to wash the cars to get them ready. He was doing the best he possibly could, with kindness. My rental was returned easily without incident. I did have to wait 20 minutes to hand the keys back, but again, they were very busy and customers in front of me were upset about situations beyond the employees control. Thanks again Grant!”

“Perfect Experience!
We had done a reservation via our German Auto Club, and after reading the reviews from this station I was a little bit nervous, due to the amount of negative feedback.
After arriving at the station, it took about 5 minutes till the rental process completed. My question has been answered, and the crew was polite and friendly.
We booked an SUV 7-Seater (the large ones) and we received a Chevrolet Tahoe (bingo)
The side window was a little bit dirty on the inside (looked like somebody has left some kind of color and had put up / down the window, bit for us not critic). The rest of the car was clean.
For a German I was deeply impressed of the car (such cars you will not find often on the German roads) and we enjoyed every mile.
The drop off process was also very smooth (max. 5 minutes), and right after 10 minutes I received my digital receipt with miles and finals cost via e-Mail (honestly, I have rented many cars on business trips, but this process for pick up and drop off was very smooth and I haven’t had this experience never in Europe.
From my side thanks to the Hertz team Lawrenceville for such a nice ride on my holiday and I will come back…….”

“The Enterprise on Hurricane Shoals Lawrenceville was excellent. Wonderful staff. William did a great job of getting us in and out quickly. My experience at some of the other locations have been horrible. Was not going to use Enterprise again but needed a car quickly and was pleased that William understood that you want a car you will be comfortable with and will meet your needs for your trip. Unlike some locations. Thank you again William Schmieder for being the best!”
