My loyalty to Burlington Coat Factory at Sugarloaf Mills Mall has ended here due to recent encounters marked by consistent rudeness, racial insensitivity, and a lack of professionalism. The unprofessional conduct of the staff, particularly the manager, left me feeling unwelcome. As a nine-year customer and shareholder, I'm disheartened to discontinue my patronage, hoping this review prompts a reassessment of customer service standards and the elimination of inappropriate behavior.

This store is located in Ga. I think it's the Alpharetta area that I was in.My favorite section is the housewares. The towel sets are beautiful and very inexpensive.

The store has a lot of stuff. Good place to shop. I went to the wrong side to pay and the woman there said, "No, check out is over there." This was the first thing she said before I spoke. "How can I help you ", would have been a better option. The checkout line was very long on a Friday at 2? With 2 cashiers.

You would think that since this store is in a nice area, it would be well kept, but that is not the case. The floors are disgusting. From the time you walk in the door and throughout the store you see dust, hair and dirt all over the floors. The store is very unorganized and especially in the home and shoes areas. There are things seemingly just thrown on the shelves and the floor. I do not understand how corporate can allow their brand to be represented so horribly and not crack down on the management and employees here. just because you sell discounted items that does not mean your customers do not deserve a clean and organized shopping experience. Please do better!!

It is very economical, it would be good to enable more checkouts to pay so there would not be such long lines.

The Burlington at Sugarloaf seems rundown. There is always tons of merchandise on the floors and nothing is in the right place. Simple signage is totally disregarded: Men's Outerware sign contains nothing but women's underwear.Seriously NONE of the signs match. Good luck finding a sign. The alarms on things like shoes are constantly going off in an annoying way adding to the feeling that you are in a war zone. The employees on the floor seem lackadaisical as if working in a pig stie is normal or acceptable and seem to take no responsibility for their environs. The prices are good and if you can find something you like it can be a very good deal. But I am often detered from checking out by excessively long lines. Is it worth it to stand in line for 30 minutes to save 5 dollars on a tshirt. Conclusion: great prices and large selection are often outweighed by the downer vibe of the shopping environment.

Very large store with lots of stuff if you want to go on a scavenger hunt. Things are just laying in the floor, shelf, and trash all over. Just need some organization so you can shop without looking through piles of stuff

Fairly long wait to exit the store. Clerks all seem to be worse for the wear; they just seem tired and like they really would rather be somewhere else! Store is generally somewhat cluttered. One can find some good values, but will have to search for something without damaged packaging.

This was a good location to pretty much find what you need to find. The main issue would be the very long line which can be outrageous! I feel like they need to do whatever they need to do to get my cashier to expedite the line.
