Ok not very helpful. But I think that's due to my need to be secretive. Sometimes I feel like I need to be. I would rather not be. Boost Mobile or any place reacts to your heart and mind. Sharing, loving while concise and respectful suddenly opens doors. Go to boost with trust and love. It will be a lot better than my mind set that day!

After my last bad experience at a different boost mobile I decided to just try another one. As soon as I came in Dulce greeted me right away! Such great customer service. Will definitely make this my go to Boost Mobile.

So irritated. I call this store to see if they have a phone in stock & I'm told yes. I hop in the car to go get & he says oh we'll have them tomorrow! WTH? If they lie about something this simple can they be trusted at all?

Boost Mobile refuses to refund any of your purchase if you do not receive service in your area, the coverage map said I would have excellent service, When I called the customer support line not only did it take 20 minutes to get to speak to someone past the automated system, They continued to give me the run around for alittle over a month saying that they would have to submit another report to their engineers each time i called and that they should be in contact with me within 24 hours, after doing this 5 times for alittle over a month, they are still telling me the same thing, I have given up, so I asked them if this was just a waste of time, and for them to be straight up and tell me if I was going to get refunded or not? They told me that they have never had to deal with this problem before so they couldn't tell me either way. So would I recommend boost? No, I am going to report them to the better business bureau! I hope more people with similar problems with boost mobile will do the same!
