I hit a small animal with my Audi A4 and it severely damaged the front corner and grill. The parking sensors stopped working (which requires me to take the car to an actual Audi dealership) and it was all dented up. Mo and Byron went above and beyond in not only restoring my car to exactly how it was, but also their customer care. Everything was explained very straightforward and I was given a printed breakdown of the exact estimated costs which left no worries of hidden charges/fees. When I went to pick up my car, I was absolutely amazed to find that they had somehow managed to also get the sensors to work!!! (An additional $600 I would have been charged if I took it to the dealer). Kars Auto didn’t even charge me anything extra for that. Also, they only took 5 days to order new parts and get it all fixed up. Such humble, caring, and trustworthy people. I very rarely write reviews but this one really deserves it. I was blown away!!!”

I had a broken door handle and they helped me fix it right away! He took a look at diligently and gave me a fair price! He broke everything down in the process and explained everything to me well! I am really glad I found this place and will be continuing to go this place!”

From the beginning they were very attentive and sincere, they gave me an estimate with excellent prices and they took care of sending it directly to the insurance, I didn't have to worry about anything. The job took less than a week and they delivered my car like new inside and out (super clean). They have already become my trusted workshop.”
“Left a message on a Friday and after an hour just drove on over. Abel was an angel of mercy and jumped right on it. I had about a gallon of water in the wheel well on the driver side. He did several tries at spraying water to find a leak but couldn't find anything. He concluded that it must have gone through standing water and leaked in that way. He pulled the plug from underneath and drained it all out and DIDN'T CHARGE ME A DIME. Wow.”

“The people at Gerber, especially Lloyd, were kind and professional. Lloyd even helped me with alerting to future maintenance that I would need on the car. I got my car in a timely fashion. It was top notch and appeared as if they took my car and traded it in for a new vehicle.”
“A few months ago, I struck a deer, which caused extensive damage to my car. On the advice of my insurance company, I took the car to Classic Collision, and I’m glad I did. This was a tricky repair, but the work was top-notch, and Lazer and the rest of the staff did an excellent job communicating with me about the work they needed to do and the claims process with the insurance company. It was important to me that this was a shop that the insurance company approved because last year, I took my car to a less reputable shop (Mundy’s Collision Center in Lawrenceville). They forced me to pay nearly $800 out of pocket for unnecessary work that the insurance company refused to pay. For an accident that wasn’t my fault! Don’t make that mistake. Take your car to Classic Collision. They are true professionals.”
