So glad I wasted my time and day by coming to an appointment for a showing when the office is closed! Scheduled for 3 pm but guess what they aren't even there! Confirmed my appointment and everything don't waste your time here. Makes sure to do it before 1 if that's the case. I can see many people complaining about maintenance, I can see now it's the complete truth.

Lived there for 3 years. Had great neighbors for 2 years then the whole complex fell apart. Apt's are loaded with roaches. Office staff is never there nor answer the phones. Property management company tells you to contact the office staff. Prices shot up and they tell you they are modernizing the apartments when they are just putting lipstick on a pig!

The place is infested with roaches, all the roofs of the apartments are covered in pine straw and leaves, loud train always blaring at night, right next to main road that commonly has traffic, Management takes forever to respond. Never come here especially with kids.?

I had such a pleasant experience with the manager at this apartments…she is bilingual so I was able to communicate in a language I understand and she explained and made sure I felt comfortable leasing here. thank you fir your help

PLEASE RUN FROM THIS PLACE!! This place is absolutely HORRIBLE!!! I lived here a few years ago but left after this company took over, and their unprofessionalism is what caused my wife and I to move. And now, my mother wants to move there because of the price, but for weeks, we couldn’t get a hold of anyone. Yesterday I showed up at 10am because they should be open at 9am, no one showed up until 10:30, spoke with the young lady there, my mother and I left to get money orders etc. came back, and she was gone! And today, 11:30 am and no one is here. So this person comes in as late as she wants to and still leaves at 1pm on the dot. What is she even getting paid for? I call corporate and they have worst reviews than this place and I can’t get anyone on the phone from there either!! This is beyond ridiculous, and extremely frustrating. It shouldn’t be this difficult to just speak to someone about getting into a unit!! This place is unprofessional, and if you are looking to move here, Just go somewhere else because it’s not worth it.

It will takes months before you can get any maintenance request acknowledged or response from leasing manger that is never available. Lorena and Blanca needs to improve their professionalism and communication….

Never true the website for availability. Went through the process to apply and found out that the space wasn't available even though it's stated on their own website what's available and date availability. The application was handled by a third party but the official site is supposed to be handled by the property owners/landlord or at least someone who's knows how to list things probably.

This place has been nothing but trouble. They will take your application fee and deposit and then give you the run around. The office is only occupied by one person who is almost never on site. The company phone so always on “busy” (making she turns it off during work hours) so I can only imagine how difficult it would be to get maintenance. Don’t waste your time.

Just left these apartment and am so glad, management never fixes anything on time when you ask. It took them almost a whole year to fix our ac unit, didn’t even have heater the whole winter! THEY EVEN GAVE US A DIRTY APARTMENT WHEN WE MOVED IN WAS Not EVEN CLEANED PROPERLY! the appliances were also in bad condition and didn’t even work good the fridge would stop working from time to time! WORST PART OF THESE APARTMENT IS OURS WERE ROACH INFESTED, no matter what we did bombed the place cleaned all the time roac P.O. es always everywhere !Terrible place.

During walk through I told them I few things that needed fix. Didn't push the issue because it was minor however, third month being here and still not fixed. A/C went out back in September when it was still hot. Got a portable A/C unit kept it for a few weeks ( I guess another tenant needed it). Got home one day it was gone we thought they fixed the furnace. NOPE.... Well CLIMATE CHANGE WEATHER IS COLD and we've been here over a MONTH without a working furnace. Maintenance came said the new one finally came so he removed the old one. Guess WHAT HE NEVER CAME BACK. WE HAVE BEEN WITHOUT HEAT AND HOT WATER FOR OVER A WEEK!!! HAVE EMAILED JENNIFER SEVERAL TIMES... OVERALL the location is convenient however the maintenance is HORRIBLE..... IN NEED OF CORPORATE # IF ANYBODY HAVE IT...
