This place abuses of people because they know we love her pets will pay when they get hurt but here they take advantage of that.

The ophthalmology staff is extremely friendly and knowledgeable. They literally saved my dog’s eye! I highly recommend them and would not go anywhere else for pet eye care.

Dr Hendrickson and staff were great! I brought my very lethargic cat in who had not eaten in a couple of days… Turns out he had Wounds that I was unaware of around his tail that had gotten infected… She cleaned out the infection gave him antibiotics and pain meds… He apparently had gotten in a fight with another animal at some point. He is doing great today. My experience at Pearl was definitely a good one. Despite the fact my cat was injured..

I am a first time pet owner and I had to go in due to my 2 month old Yorkie showing concerning signs that something was wrong. The staff was so friendly and made everything so comfortable. They were ok with all the questions I asked even if it didn’t pertain to the visit as I wanted to learn more as a new fur mom. They even shaved down his nails at the end. I would definitely recommend them to everyone. Thank you all for making sure my Enzo was ok!

If you care about you pets, bring them anywhere but here. They are here for your money not your animals. They wanted to charge me $7000 to remove a toy in my dogs small intestine plus the b.s. they tried to add on. I left and another hospital did it for $400 including all the medications needed after. So If were you I would stay far away from Blue Pearl pet hospital.

I had the privilege of having my daughter’s cat treated at Blue Pearl and I must say, mi daughter and I were impressed with the level of professionalism and empathy these providers meted out to our cat, killua! Drs Besdek and Brown with whom we had direct contact were amazing. Everyone from the front desk personnel to the veterinary nurses treated us with respect and kindness at a most scary time.Hats off to you guys in taking care of our little tiger!

I took my dog here after he had been having seizures for months and the medication wasnt helping. He lost function of his legs and was experiencing incontinence. Every time he had a seizure, it was worse. I took him to bluepearl as an act of mercy because i didn’t want to see him suffer any longer. He had a habit of perking up and acting normal after every seizure, but he was pitiful and I didn’t want his condition to continue to become more painful every time. I wanted him to be euthanized, as painful as that was for me- I felt it was best (as his owner and the one person who knew him best). After his seizure was over that day, he was acting fairly normal as expected. The staff told me there was no reason to put him down. Dr Emily Oliver in particular was extremely insensitive and refused to listen to me. I told her my reasoning for why I wanted him euthanized, that I knew he would only get worse and be in more and more pain and she refuses to listen and sent me home with a bottle of nerve medicine. About a month later, he passed. And as I expected, his death was gruesome. He seized for over an hour and bit his tongue off. It was traumatizing and exactly the kind of death I wanted to avoid for my best freind. Dr Oliver refused my wishes and because of her, my sweet boy had the worst ending possible. Dont come here if you want to be heard.

My experience here was embarrassing, discriminatory and horrible. I brought my dog to the ER because she was not moving, eating and drinking. When I arrived the tech came out to talk to me while I was still in the lobby and excused me in front of strangers, and my two children who are 11 and 13 of giving my dog Marijuana. In front of my children he kept bringing up a illegal substance and didn't stop doing it until I expressed how disrespectful that was. Then the doctor said the same thing in front of my two kids. I am a African American woman who felt discriminated against in front of my kids. Then they tried to charge me 2,109 for one day and 190 for a exam where they could not prove that they even performed a exam. I have since reached out to lawyers about this incident for legal action.

Staff was caring and thorough. The wait time, after initial assessment (which was prompt) was ok. As this is an emergency only vet, prices for services are a good bit higher than your regular vet, but fair given they are providing an emergency service. You can trust them. Your pet will be well cared for here. In addition, they do thorough follow up as well.
