I absolutely loved this store, we walked in and got some free popcorn that was delicious! The selection of products they have is unbelievable! My favorite part is the fishes they have ! Customer service is spot on you have someone asking if you need help with anything which i appreciated !

What can you say about visiting a Bass Pro shop or Cabela’s???It is worth the trip even you leave without buying anything.(Unlikely however).Just to go and get a feeling for the outdoors is worth the trip. The decor, vast selection of everything outdoors will have you heading out the next weekend to the mountains.Go and take the kids.

Pushy salespeople selling timeshares. Feels like these people got hired off of New York Times Square. If the goal is to drive down long term sales by alienating your customer base for short term gain then the metrics should show a huge success.

The employees were not welcoming at all, they kept looking at my friend and I like we had personally offended their family. We were looking at the bibles that they had set up on some shelves and a large employee walked up and tried to force us out of the store. As a true Christian woman who was trying to get her father a father-daughter valentines gift, this felt very rude and unwelcoming. It felt as though that the fact I was not a man over 20 caused them to stereotype me and did not care about any actual business I was going to give them. Christians are already being persecuted so this just added on to my shame of even looking at bibles in public, since I felt as though I would be hate crimed for this. It’s very relevant that I was doing absolutely nothing to provoke this response, I understand how some teenagers/people in their 20s can be disrespectful, but we were genuinely shopping and actually looking at things to buy. This large employee followed my friends and I from a slight distance the entire time we were there, until we walked out. It felt like we were going to be smothered by the fat on this man from him being so close up on us. I genuinely have never had such a bad experience at a store before and I seriously recommend not going here. Clearly this is Bidens America.Lamentations 3:22-24 ✝️

Love the atmosphere. Good clothing selection, but over emphasized. Need more hunting equipment.If you’re going to take your kids to the aquarium, take them to Red Lobster. The species and quantity are limited and the fish look sick.Also, please get rid of the credit card / vacation hasslers….makes me avoid that area of the store.

I’ve been shopping at Bass Pro Shops for 20+ years and it’s always been a pleasant experience until just recently when I purchased a Lowrance Ghost trolling motor and a Lowrance HDS live unit. To start, the description on the trolling motor was misleading, therefore I specifically asked the associate in the store if the trolling motor included the transducer needed for 360 imaging. He looked up the description and confirmed that the transducer was included. Once I got home and opened the box I discovered that it wasn’t included. I immediately jumped on a live chat only to find out that they couldn’t help me. I was instructed to contact the store. It took me 5 phone calls to speak with the manager on duty. I ended up having to purchase the transducer at a discounted price. The Manager “Corey” was very helpful, he gave me a $100 discount off the transducer. Since then, I have been trying to get Bass Pro to add the rewards points to my rewards account. I’ve been on 3 different chats on 3 separate days with no luck. It’s very frustrating that I have to keep following up with them to get this done. The only reason I’m rating my experience a 2 and not a 1 is because the associate and store manager were very helpful. The chat and customer service follow up has been sub par.

Poor customer service for any one that is not a GOOD OL WHITE BOY INBRED . If you are a minority or of ethnic descent don’t even bother trying to shop here.

My wife and I drove 1.5 hours to this location on 1Feb24 to do some shopping for my birthday. The staff made us feel very uncomfortable. On two separate occasions staff chased us down/pursued us to ask us how we were and then to ask us "did you see what we're doing over here" or something similar. On a third occasion near the bathrooms my wife felt uncomfortable when a male employee kept trying to get her attention by asking her odd questions in what she described as a bedroom voice. Three strikes and you're out, Basspro. We left without purchasing anything. Very disappointed.
