So awful, went in to withdraw money inside of the bank and they said I couldn't do that. They said they are digital. What kind of bank you can't withdrawl money from.Time to change banks...

Nice branch with nice people. Sometimes there is only one teller on the line even when personal bankers are free in their offices.

Had an appointment for 3 o clock. Really had to rush, skip lunch and restroom to make it there and didn't get seen until 3:30.

This bank branch is awesome! I really enjoyed my experience with Fakisa Mulat especially. She gave me great advice on finance as a young adult, and encouraged me to work towards my future financial goals. I will definitely be coming here more often!

Bank of America is an excellent place to bank. They have nice people especially Fasika who will welcome and spend time with you to satisfy your needs.

Drive thru atm out of order. Only one atm available. Ridiculous! A whole line with 8 people on a Sunday waiting outdoors for one atm.

If I could give this branch zero stars, I would. First, they have changed the lobby to serve customers with only one teller window. Second, both of their ATM machines are down or not accepting deposits at the same time? And it’s not like this is the first time this has ever happened…their ATMs are always down. And please do not suggest I use the mobile app. I use it all the time but prefer to use an actual ATM for the purpose of depositing checks. This branch just needs to close. It’s useless and a waste of space.

I made an appointment online to come in and update my name during my lunch break. When I arrived I had to wait for 15 minutes- she was with the previous customers so I understood. But then the woman went to the back. After another 5 minutes of waiting I was running out of time so I told the man in the front I had to leave to be back at work. He tried to keep me there, saying it would only take 15 minutes. When I told him I had to be back at work in 15 minutes and this is why I had set an appointment time, he STILL tried to keep me there. I did not like the vibe that I got- it was like I was the inconvenient one for not being willing to be late back to work. I tried to remain polite but I was very confused. When I finally left and was rushing back to work, I got a call from the woman who was supposed to help me. She informed me that we could not update my name without my husband present since he's on the account. It has to be IN PERSON with him present. Just to update my maiden name to match his name. lol. I even had our birth certificates, social security cards, marriage certificate, everything. I know that the people in this branch have no control over those kinds of policies- but remind me what year we're living in again. And the fact that both the guy in the front and the woman gave me the impression that I was the inconvenience... I'm a customer service representative and I would never be rude to other customer service professionals but they made me feel like I was when I was just confused and frustrated.

Stopped by to handle some stuff in Regards to my business account and I received 5 star service from everyone I encountered while In The branch , had the privilege to sit down with Mrs Sharon and she was truly a blessing and assisted me, thanks and I will definitely be back to handle more of my banking concerns down the road.

We had a previous bad experience at another branch and was gonna drive to another county to bank until we stumbled across this branch. From the moment we walked in Lindsey was greeting us and helping us. She went and spoke with Kenneth about assisting us with our business account. He was going to lunch but decided to help us instead. He was so helpful and knowledgeable about our needs. He made it feel like a personal experience. I had to speak highly of them to the branch manager and when speaking to her she leads by example because she was as pleasant and helpful as her staff. This is now my branch doesn’t matter where I live because BofA has been having bad customer service so I love this experience
