I really had great friendly service at this branch and from the atmosphere it seems to be business as usual so I don’t quite understand the low rating. My 2cents, more people receiving good service should also leave a review and not just the ones who had issues.

This bank branch is amazing! I really enjoyed my experience with Fakisa Mulat especially. She gave me great advice on finance as a young adult, and encouraged me to work towards my future financial goals. I will definitely be coming here more often!

Nice branch with nice people. Sometimes there is only one teller on the line even when personal bankers are free in their offices.
