There were no tellers on duty at 1:30pm on a weekday. I was told that I'd have to wait 20-25 minutes before someone can help me make a withdrawal. Poor customer service, staff acted like I was inconveniencing them.

I only had to go in this bank once to experience what everybody else is reporting in their reviews. shut it down, stop making people think they can come there and cash a check. I wasted my time going in there thinking I found a place close to home since they closed down other locations. why don't you just sell your business to another bank and let them take care of business.. as Bank of America has been and is failing miserably

Very weird location. You have to wait in line to have someone ask what you need just to wait in another line to get it done.They don’t have tellers it’s only people in offices handling things. It’s always awkward. I don’t want to have to tell someone what I’m here for when they’re not going to do anything anyway.

Is never a banker available for regular transactions they don’t take regular transactions, only customer service after waiting 1 + hours not because is full but because they doesn’t have staff

Just close this place down. After COVID it’s like BOA doesn’t want to hire people . How is it we use you as a bank but have multiple locations not have people capable of cashing a check . Every time I come i have to wait 30 mins or more. How do you have a greeter there and not be trained when you have the same issue . At this point you have people there just to turn you away. The atm does not help for ALL bank needs! Horrible service . It’s sad that they just let it be .

I advise everyone not to come to this branch. The worst customer service I ever seen. I just came in for a cashier check the bank teller Amber said 10 minutes... I waited 50 minutes made me late for my job. There were only two people there and three bank tellers on their phones laughing and giggling. When I complain Amber decided to get a attitude and continue to move slow with my transaction didn't want to even pull up my account .

This is hands down the worst location for BoA in the area. There is never enough tellers during the busiest hours. Lunch and after five. Usually one person, with a floor receptionist and a financial manager. I have never have a good experience at this location. Long line, no help, who ever runs this location needs to be replaced. This isn’t even covid, it has been this way for years.

Never open, total waste. This “labor shortage” and Covid excuse is just their way to save money. Then they increase their fees. If I can’t ever enter a branch, why bother with BOA at all?
