Yet Another BOA that has a line out the door why is this always the case no matter what branch I go to no matter the time of day or going to stand in some stupid long line this is unacceptable. And all branches just have staff walking around being extra unhelpful thx again BOA

Great experience and fast service performed on this busy saturtday morning. Mark and Joy-Lisa, customers greeting employees, were wonderful and and efficiently help me finish my business in 15 minutes. Thank you Bank of America for wonderful experience.

I tired to cash a check at this bank I have an account. They would not cash it because is was a Wells Fargo check they told me to go to Walmart. Ridiculous.

Everything time I walked in, they tell you a long waiting time & try to get ride of you ,,always the same question , would you like to schedule an appointment tomorrow ? When you look in those offices no one is there ,,

I took a chance on this place and was not disappointed. The bad reviews I read seem to be emotional responses and a lack of understanding that banking is not similar to fast food service. They have rules, regulations, policies and laws that needs to be followed. As for reasonable accommodations I can say that they went above and beyond to meet my expectations.

I normally don’t give reviews, but as a recent business owner, I realize how important business reviews are. Last week I visited this banking center and I was so pleased with my entire experience. I walked inside and a nicely business dressed manager greeted me at the door, I went to tellers and the service was quick.I used to live in this area and used this center, but I am so impressed with the new atmosphere there.

I’ve visited this branch many times in the past few years as a business client and have the same complaints that many others do here. Every time I visit here I consider closing my account and going somewhere else. Customer service is terrible, there’s never a competent business teller there to troubleshoot or help with business account issues, lines are terribly long, so there’s always a long wait, and I pay them every month for this, unfortunately.

I have had a Bank of America account since High School. Every time I walk into this Branch I want to shut down my account and move my business somewhere else. The customer service here is beyond Horrible!!! I would advise never to walk into this bank for any assistance, because you will absolutely not receive any respect or service here! I wish I could give them a zero star or below that. Only walk in this branch if you want to feel violated!!!

Worst bank in USA! Worst customer service. Lazy bank tellers.I wish they had the option to leave a 0 star. They should either close down Bank of America or hire a full new staff of people that actually want to work and help clients. Not send them off because they’re lazy…

I recently visited this location with my wife and I got to say, this is by far the worst banking experience I've ever had at BOA. The first thing I noticed was the facial expressions of the individual I interact with as if she wanted to fight us, she was rude and inattentive. She told us our checks are not valid, because they don't have an authorized bank printed on them so without any questions asked, we escorted ourselves out and we went to Regions Bank and we got greeted promptly and they were ready to help us. Our checks got deposited with no issues. I have been a BOA customer for over 10 years maybe I should reconsider whose bank I should have my accounts with.

Long wait times and terrible customer service. There were a lot of employees walking around but only two assisting customers, and they acted like they would have preferred to be somewhere else besides at work.

I felt very uncomfortable as an African American man dealing with one of the Latino tellers at this location. She made me feel as though my own money didn’t not belong to me. I wish they had better training on diversity.

Horrible customer service. Teller line in excess of 30 minutes. As a business client they do not staff the business client line. I could never run my business like this and stay open
