One of the employees who works at Rene's store should not belong to the store. He has zero charisma to attend to. Very despotic and looks down on people. I wouldn't go back to that store, just to not see his face.

The worst Auto Zones !!! Workers have no common sense . I specifically ask ISAIC for assistance with a return and the dummy did something completely incorrect so now I'm out $56 and then he had the nerve to state that if I got an issue to speak to his manager and walked away . I would not recommend anyone to shop here.

This Auto Zone Manager was very rude and careless about customers.I was trying to return a battery l bought after just two weeks with a receipt and never used it. The manager instead of helping me, he came out from his office asking me “how can l help you” folding his arm. After telling him the reason of my visit, he told me no he’s not taking it back and walked away rudely leaving me saying “l got things to do”in the middle of the store. Therefore, l took it to the nearest Auto zone store and they refunded my money to me. Please don’t visit this store.

I appreciate the guys at AutoZone. They were very helpful today. The young man that helped me out with the lightbulb issue on my vehicle and the manager for coming and taking care of my situation the two of them together awesome. I really appreciate it on my Ford Explorer.???

I just wanted to give a special thanks to Toriq for going above and beyond for me last night. My car cut off on me with my two boys and although he was off, he helped me with getting my hood open and putting oil and coolant in my car. I had no idea what I was doing but he helped me in a major way. Thank you for the extra mile!!

My coolant level was slightly low. The staff was very informative about the coolant needed for my car and explained everything I had a question about. Overall great customer service! So happy I stopped in.

I had to go here when my battery died (got it jumped in order to come here). Justin was so nice and was a five star service. Yes, they do replace the battery, but he was cautious and made sure everything was in place before I left. Justin definitely made it an easy five star review for this AutoZone.

I had the unfortunate dead battery experience Monday. I went to this AutoZone and Carson tested, and replaced with my new platinum Duralast. Unfortunately, the terminals weren't tightened fully and I was stranded on my way home from work. Bad experience right?? Well, everyone makes mistakes - when I called them the next morning, Donald (manager) gave me exceptional service and made everything right immediately. I've been going to this location for 7 years now and they have a customer for life. Highly recommended!!
