This review is for AutoZone Duralast batteries and this particular store on Five Forks Trickum. You can expect their Duralast batteries to last about 2 years, that is it. First battery failure I had occurred at about 26 months with the battery just out of the 2-year warranty. The second failure occurred at about 24 months on a 3-year battery. So, the good news is I got a replacement battery without too much hassle, but because my vehicle required 2 additional cables to be removed, the store could not replace the battery at the store. I had to bring the battery home to do it myself. This also required me having to go back to the store with the "core" battery return. I was told by the store manager that they are not a "repair" shop. Not living up to if you buy certain items from them, they will replace them for you no charge. So, keep that in mind when shopping. Finally, this replacement will only have about a 1-year warranty on it. My recommendation is to stay away from AutoZone and their Duralast batteries because they just don't last. Go across the street to Advanced Auto, you will get much better parts and service.

I had the best experience while going to this store ; Mr Rod Causey Store Manager not only helped me get a new battery for my car but he also removed all corrosion build up and provide me with some tips to avoid having similar issues in the future; I will definitely will go back to this store for all my future needs. Thanks a lot Mr Rod

My bad experience in buying in this store was a Blue Cleaning Shop Towel Cleaning box, the price was 16.99 but it had the label to save 7.49 when I went to the checkout and saw that they were not giving them to me at the price that was there of 9.50 I told him to the cashier and he went to see and he told me that the label had been put in the wrong place and I told him that I wanted to pay what the label said 9.50 and he got upset... please be sure to put the labels where they are so that more people don't continue to be deceived ..
