“I have had for awhile a leak from what I thought could be major problem! Water pouring in from all around my Sunroof!I stopped in randomly, no appointment &asked if they could help me out. “I'm always afraid to put air in my tires due to causing one to blow up one time. Tyler and the folks at this Mavis always help me out with their free air machine and/or by putting the air in and checking the pressure for me. They also always charge a fair price and do excellent work for my other tire related needs. Great team and a great shop!”

“Great customer service! I recently rode over a large nail/screw, took my car to this location and was taken care of immediately! They noticed my wheel lock key was missing and was unable to access what they needed. So they ended up ordering some material from their manufacturer, had it delivered within a reasonable time. Fixed my tire, advised me to contact my dealership for the wheel lock key(which I did and I now have it:) and sent me on my way. Again, great customer service. They went above and beyond, thanks again!”

I hit a small animal with my Audi A4 and it severely damaged the front corner and grill. The parking sensors stopped working (which requires me to take the car to an actual Audi dealership) and it was all dented up. Mo and Byron went above and beyond in not only restoring my car to exactly how it was, but also their customer care. Everything was explained very straightforward and I was given a printed breakdown of the exact estimated costs which left no worries of hidden charges/fees. When I went to pick up my car, I was absolutely amazed to find that they had somehow managed to also get the sensors to work!!! (An additional $600 I would have been charged if I took it to the dealer). Kars Auto didn’t even charge me anything extra for that. Also, they only took 5 days to order new parts and get it all fixed up. Such humble, caring, and trustworthy people. I very rarely write reviews but this one really deserves it. I was blown away!!!”
“My car was hit on 12-6-22. I chose this shop for repairs. The Insurance was a nightmare but David and his crew went above and beyond helping me navigate through it. The Insurance ended up totaling my car on 1-23-23 but David's communication and help navigating me through this made it to where I received a good price for my car. He may not have done the mechanical repairs but he has your best interest at heart. I will be using them if I ever need car repairs again!Services: Vehicle Inspection”

I had a broken door handle and they helped me fix it right away! He took a look at diligently and gave me a fair price! He broke everything down in the process and explained everything to me well! I am really glad I found this place and will be continuing to go this place!”
“Very chill, honest, and thorough service. I took my VW Jetta near closing time on Saturday and was told to come back first thing Monday morning. Before even walking in, the man working outside immediately recognized who I was and what problem I was there to address! I originally went for an engine issue that turned out to be a simple fix, but the owner also went ahead and replaced my brake light upon noticing it was out.
As a young person who doesn’t know a lot about cars, I’ve gotten my fair share of scams and ridiculous price markups for auto service, but at SRK Auto I was not overcharged at all and felt very safe and well informed throughout the entire process.
I really appreciated their help and highly recommend them to any other women who are wary of getting work done on their vehicle!”
