“I've been going to this location for a couple years now. Outstanding Customer Service! Saves me money every time! I just came from the Sugarloaf Parkway location where they removed a bolt from my tire and patched it free of charge. Zero. I added the "Freedom Plan" at the time of purchase and receive free balance and rotation, free repair and even free replacement in some cases for the life of the tires. My wife had a $120 tire that needed replaced and with the "Freedom Plan" my out of pocket cost was around $30. I'm sure a lot of places offer similar protections but Antione and the crew of technicians at the Sugarloaf Parkway location go the extra mile to always make me feel like I'm among friends. (Even when they don't get a cent out of me). Thanks again to the crew at Discount Tires. 4830 Sugarloaf Pkwy Lawrenceville 30044 Give them a try and see the difference. Tell them Junkman set you.”

Another auto shop reported that I needed to replace
(1) rack & pinion due to signs of an oil leak;
(2) control arm with ball joint;
(3) struts with coil springs.
However, after a careful diagnosis, the expert here, Hugo, showed me pictures and patiently explained how these parts work. Hugo concluded that these issues are real but are normal signs of aging and wear, and they currently do not cause any trouble. As for the leakage sign, it is not sever, and the bottom of car is currently nice and clean. He asked me to return in the winter for a diagnosis, when low temperatures might trigger potential leakage concern.”

“I had a transmission leak on my jeep years back. I took it to a shop they wanted 2500 to fix. So i took it to Whitleys and told them what I was told they said they can do it for 1500 I'm like ok still high but better than 2500. They fix the leak, I'm ready to pay the 1500 when they guy tells me it's only 125....I'm like what? 125.. he's like yup. Best news ever!”

Gave up plenty of information for new tires and gave us good prices on different brands of tires. We never felt pressured to get tires now or that we were making bad choices with what we wanted done. All of this was done while I waited, and everything is perfect. I have used this business for over 20 years for all of my vehicle needs from emissions certificates to blown head gaskets and they have always been competent, competitive and friendly. “I don’t always buy used tires, but the ones in the front were already used a decent amount so I figured I would go ahead and look into getting some in this area. The people there were very friendly and the used tires I got were at a good price and in very good condition. I did not check out their new tire prices or anything, but they were all very friendly there and would recommend the place for used tires at least and maybe new as well.”

“Mike is THE most HONEST & AFFORDABLE mechanic I’ve ever met in my entire life. He is not cheap, just kind, honest & affordable.
Tires Plus wanted $56 for a new engine filter, but Mike got me one for only $20 - same quality. This is the same story for everything else any other mechanic has ever quoted me - brakes, tires, you name it.
I won’t trust my vehicle or wallet to anyone else. Come meet him & you’ll know why. If everyone did business like him & his crew, the world would be a very different place.
