I made an appointment for 8a and they closed at 3p l had to call them at 12p for them to say they were still working on my car. I got no update until 5min before they closed and was charged $145 just for a diagnostic.
Then on top of them doing this I had someone reach out to me to offer to refund me take my original review down (in which I did) but never received my refund.

Very good experience. Friendly staff. Went for an oil change and it was done on time and less than $30.00. No pressure place. I am certainly using them again for any car repairs.

Jeff's team took excellent care of my very old handicapped equipped van and as I am disabled, even picked it up and delivered it back to me! An fair price too!

Had a Worst service ever.I been with Auto service almost 3 years time.every 3 months I’m do my regular oil changed from Roswell auto speed.Due to some change I book appointment on 07/16/2024 @ 4pm at Lawrenceville Auto speed.some how I my oil changed with in 10 minutes.I Don’t know how he did.so then I left.next day morning i saw full of oil on the garage floor.then I call speed auto.who ever in the front office,he said that he take care just bring the car.next day evening I want there.it’s took almost hour to check my car.he said my oil pan has to replace.he gave me a quote $500. Just to change the oil pan.so i came out and I went to another xxx place.just to make sure what’s really happen ?he said who ever person oil changed he hammered to bolt screw to remove.so with that cause to oil leaks from the gasket.then I called and informed the one of lady and she noted down and promised that she get ma back soon.she didn’t get me back either.whoever mechanic change the oil.he hammered to the oil pan bolt.with the effect cause to leak the oil from pan cost me to replacing $500 as their fault.my problem has’t resolve yet.who ever willing to fix any vehicle from Auto Speed Lawrenceville I strongly not recommend.

Speed Auto Repair - Sugarloaf is an excellent car repair business. I had a major car repair with my AC condenser and engine fan my bill would have been over $4,000.00 Jeff and Charlie was very accommodating to help me get the parts that I needed for my car at a lower price than the dealership was charging me. I was in the waiting area When the diagnostic was being done on my car. I spoke to two other female customers and they could not stop saying good things about this repair shop. Those 2 ladies have been dealing with this repair shop for a long time and was very pleased with the service they received at fair price. I am extremely pleased with my car repair as well at the staff at this auto repair shop. I will be back again if repairs are needed.

This has to go down as the best mechanic shop I’ve ever experienced. The customer service from the second I walked in the door was welcoming and helped me out instantly. The mechanics and the receptionist was super thorough and transparent! I’d highly recommend this shop and I’m glad I found my new go to mechanic.

First time coming here we brought our 2014 Chevy Cruze to get an oil change and brakes done due to bad grinding noise that the car was making while braking.
First off, the brakes were not fixed and we were told they didn’t need to be serviced. Second, we got our car back with multiple things missing. Our little compartment where we put change in the dash was totally cleared out. Our glovebox had been rummaged through and the title and registration to our vehicle was missing.
I will make sure we never come back here again and recommend people to stay FAR away from this mechanic shop. Communication is also a con to coming here.

Always amazing service. Professional, great prices, kind and friendly. They really do a good job with making their services well done and they tell you every time what else is wrong with your car along with the service they provide. I would recommend highly!
