I took my daughter to this establishment to buy her a car. Aside from the length of time it took to process, we noticed one of the tires/wheels was making a noise during the test drive. We were told that there was an issue with a tire and they would replace it. So we went ahead with the sale.Come to find out it wasn't the tire, and in reality the issue is with the rim/wheel being bent. In a conversation with my daughter she claims that the dealership said it's too late for them to do anything and that they are not going to make things right.I looked online and found the replacement OEM wheel for $175.00With the financing deal, my daughter will be paying thousands of dollars for the car and they can't make things right??This is very disingenuous, and therefore I cannot recommend doing business again with this company, because they do not stand by the products they sell.

I had a great experience with Auto Gallery in Lawrenceville. I worked with Leo on purchasing the attached pictures of this amazing 2019 Acura MDX and I couldn’t be more pleased with the result of my purchase and how easy and low pressure Leo made the process. He has a wonderful character about him and truly wants to find the best match for his customers. I would highly recommend anyone to purchase a vehicle from Leo. He will take great care of you and you’ll have lots of laughs and great conversations in the process.

What a waste of time. I called ahead of time to schedule an appointment to view a specific vehicle I saw online, it was confirmed (via year, make, model, and color) that the vehicle was available and onsite. I drove 2.5 hours (9 mos pregnant), with financing and cash down payment in hand, to arrive and learn that the car I called to confirm was on the lot was not actually on the lot. Leo, I am disappointed. I am not desperate for a new vehicle; however, as an attorney my time is incredibly valuable and I literally lost money to attend this appointment. So no thank you, do not drive the car to me tomorrow because I have work to do and do not have the luxury to cancel any additional calls relying on your word. In my world, your word, your time and your reputation is worth something. So I will keep the promises and appointments I have scheduled with my clients. I considered purchasing the same model, one year newer however the salesperson would not consider a $4k price adjustment (not even in light of the inconvenience) - she did not even care to counter the offer. The response was simply: no. Do you not negotiate as a used car salesperson? I am appalled and have no choice but to suspect that the original car was not locked away being "detailed" offsite as I was told but there is more to the story. I had no choice but to take my business elsewhere today, where my time was not wasted. Infuriated and disappointed is an understatement.

first off, these people are horrific liars. We drove over two hours based on a lie for an over priced vehicle. It was not nearly as good shape as they showed in the pictures they left, ever imperfection out of the picture. They told us, and had posted online that the vehicle was accident free come to find out it had been an accident if I hadn’t have noticed the difference in paint, they would’ve sold it to me as a non-wrecked vehicle and if you read the reviews it’s happened to people before these people are scorching liars. I will be reporting them to the Better Business Bureau. I have a screenshot of the truck and where it says it’s not been involved in an accident and they’re posting once again Please do not trust the people I cannot stress enough how big of liars they are, I hope this saves you some time and money.( Oh, and do not bother to tell me to call and let you explain yourself you’re a joke ) it is unbelievable what some people will do for money they will sacrifice their morals and everything else to make a dollar and do not care who it hurts It is my sincere wish that you go out of business This place should not even be running a lemonade stand. They would probably tell you it was real lemons and it was only lemon juice.Really auto Gallery I mean you would sacrifice your integrity and honesty to screw somebody. What is this world becoming but anyway I do hope that this helps someone and it just goes to show you can’t take anybody at their word anymore

I bought Nissan rough from them they told many things lie give me the car with less then half tang gas with wrong remonte it was not working properly for the wheel lock they did not give me any key when I called them they saying 600 for the key and for the wheel ket I have to take the car to Nissan to give me the key never ever trust them specially loes

If I could give negative stars I would. LEO was absolutely terrible, and incredibly rude. Telling us that coming back with an offer was arrogant and that us paying cash doesn't give us the right to come with a lower offer than what is priced. I would be embarrassed to have him as an employee.

List price was $11,600. Out the door price was over $14,500. Due mostly to fees for LoJack and pulse braking systems that were already on vehicle. These should of been included in list price since I couldn't remove them from car. In fact I was told "it's not like they would sell me a car with only 3 tires" ha ha ha. Typical used cars saleman
