“Got a fridge from them that ended up having cooling issues. They were completely reasonable and worked with me for the 90-day warranty. You have to understand that you are buying scratch and ding / resale and that comes with inherent risk. However, if you have a problem, call them and ask. They treated me very well. I will post an update after the service is completed.”

“The customer service at this location is outstanding! These guys are extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. A co worker and I had just made a purchase in order to get fan blades off an old fan motor. My co worker and I were in the parking lot trying to get the fan blade off the old motor with little success. The store was closed and all the employees were leaving and about to head home on a Friday. They saw we were having trouble so what did they do.... Not 1 or 2 but the entire staff came to our aid. Thanks to the staffs help we were able to get the old fan blade off the motor. I've never seen a team so truely dedicated to helping out the customer. I can not thank you guys enough and I highly recommend that others go here to this location for your Hvac supply needs. I can not say enough good things about these guys. Thank you again.”

“After having a plumbing 911 nightmare, we realized that we needed a new washing machine. We looked at our new options at various retailers, but many of them were out of stock due to the logistics issues associated with Covid. We opted to visit Appliances To Go and we found a fairly new Maytag top loading washer for half the price of a new one. We have had delivery problems from the third party companies that Lowes, Home Depot, and Best Buy use. The delivery from Appliances To Go was excellent. Our appliance was tested to show it works. We had totally the opposite experience that we saw in negative posted reviews. My only suggestions to potential customers is to use your phone to research the model numbers of what they have in stock so you can make an educated purchase.”

“We went there looking for a washer that wouldn’t break our wallet, we found a very reasonably priced one, and they offered warranty, delivery installation and haul away of our 2 broken washers , and it was all still less than $500. We went to the store around 11:30 and it was delivered same day by 2 pm. The manager was very helpful and would definitely recommend. Spoke spanish too which was wonderful for my mom!”

“My husband bought me a Samsung washer and dryer from here. When they delivered the washing machine it wasn’t washing correctly and it gave an error message. We contacted the store and they had it picked up and fixed. It took about a week or two for repairs, but they gave us a great loaner (the same day they picked up my machine) until it was repaired. Since they’ve repaired it and brought it back to us, it has been working great ever since. I wanted to wait almost a year before I gave a review, to make sure we wouldn’t have anymore problems…and fortunately it has been working properly ever since. I would definitely purchase from this store again as we were able to purchase two very high quality machines for a good price. The staff was friendly, the purchase process was fast and they resolved our machine issues with no hesitation. I would definitely recommend.”
