Awesome place! Great deals with wonderful appliances. Extremely friendly and do much more than they are asked to do. Delivery men are great with a NO PROBLEM attitude. They also do repairs that no one else will show up for. I wouldn't buy appliances anywhere else and I tell everyone about them.

Great customer service, and the prices are reasonable. I bought a whirlpool washing machine which i liked very much. I had previously bought another washing machine that lasted for 10 years. I am very satisfied with their appliances.

You walk in, and there are 2 ppl looking at you through a window. They just stare: strike one. We got delivery the next business day: hence the 1 star. We were told the dryer was new, turned it on and it sounded like it was about to explode: strike 2. I called the next morning, spoke with Kate,and asked if I could take it back myself. She said I could and would get a refund. Now they're telling me that there's a 15% restocking fee for returning it. The receipt says there's a fee if you cancel the orders, not if you return it: strike three. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACEUpdate: They refunded the full amount and it is pending on our end. We'll see.
