Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever experienced! Charged my account on the 6th and never got my medicine! Called on Friday and they stated they were sorry it was nimbles fault! No it is the pharmacy fault! Do not care about you at all

Be aware that their new POS system is not just a payment collection service. You have to create an account and they will collect information on you as you use your device (mobile, tablet, laptop, etc). What happened to just being able to get a prescription? Now you have to be part of the data collection on all of your health and anything else you do.

I was led to believe that they would provide me with the exact medication that the dermatologist precribed and not GENERIC. I got my order and it is generic. I was not too pleased about that.They were speedy and efficient in their processing and delivery.

Amazing! For some reason my local publix had issues with my prescription (3 days ) but these sweet people were able to get my prescriptions with no problem and they have free delivery I work from home and our schedules are kinda different! Thank youuuuu
