Quick response and explained the "uninsured vs underinsured" acknowledgement select/reject forms in some detail. I don't always reach Anquanie directly, but everyone on that team is just as helpful and knowledgeable. Take care.

I just finished my call with a claims specialist that was amazing! Antoine Jordan was top notch. Provided outstanding customer service. He made it super easy. Helped me understand everything and guided me through what I’ll be doing and where I need to go. Hitting a deer is never fun and he really helped me calm down. Antoine is simply awesome.

Professional, responsive and 1st class service are just a few attributes of this agency. Anytime you call you will get well-trained customer service representatives who will handle your concerns and follow up to ensure your needs are met. Just recently, I referred a neighbor and she has not stopped singing the praises of the owner of the agency who answered her call personally at midnight and dispatched a service man to her home to take care of her flooded basement at 1:00 AM!!
