I bought the membership and I am getting ready to cancel it. My daughter is ten and she enjoys other indoor parks. I have emailed the company multiple times to cancel my membership. I even called the park and I am not getting an answer. It’s almost like they purposely make things difficult to keep collecting your money. You can join online but the cancellation process is only limited to what you can do but it doesn’t give any information on how to cancel. Very interesting!

I take my kids to all the trampoline parks in Atlanta ( Defy, Nitro zone , sky zone )I never had a situation at these places with been able to go in the trampoline area to watch my 6 kids and make sure they behave and stay safe .At this place they won’t let you watch your kids while they jumó and play , you have to stay out and it’s very hard to see the kids from so far , I’m always worried at these places because kids can hurt themselves very easily specially if there’s bigger kids running around .If you want to watch your kids you gotta pay 10 dlls for them to give you socks and bracelet. They funniest thing here is that they ask you to sign a waiver so they’re not responsible for accidents but they won’t let you go in to watch the kids to make sure they’re ok and behaving well .NEVER COMING BACK HERE!!! IT SUCKS !!!!!

I think it's a great place for children who have energy can come and jump freely. What I didn't like is that I paid for 90 minutes and an hour later the kids had to stop and get out because the color of their wrist band was called. I definitely know when they started and what I paid for. It was wrong. Next time I'll have them put the time and initial. I felt like I got ripped off.

Clean and safe environment for kids to burn energy and make new friends. I take my kids one to two times a week. I recommend the membership for parents looking for a quick activity after school.

The facility is clean, kid and family friendly and the staff are superb. My son lost his cell phone during play and they did everything in their power to help me find it. Huge shout out to the staff!

Overall, it was a great place. Can get packed over the weekend, especially when there are parties. The place seems cleaner than most trampoline parks in the area. There seems to be a good presence that makes you feel the kids are following rules overall. If it is the first time, remember to sign a waiver before you come to save time. Also, if you have old jump socks from another place, they will replace them with their brand. But you will need jump socks if you come. It's sometimes hard to see kids in the back left corner of the place due to an area in the middle that you can jump off of (which has an adult to watch your kid jump off safely), but overall can see your kids most of the time in the trampoline section. They do have a small area of kids 48 inch or shorter which is like a indoor playground area which is hard to see any child so you will have to go into the area to keep an eye on your child. Definitely tight areas for adults to move around. Overall love the place. I just wish the price wasn't too high, but it seems to help it not be as crowded as other places I've gone to.

This is very suitable for children aged 3 to 10 years old! As soon as the children see the children having fun, they want to rush in and play. There are more than 20 trampoline areas, rock climbing areas, marking areas, basketball areas, etc. There are small shopping malls in the venue.

The first time we came here, we had our son’s birthday party and it was perfect. The hosts seem to be on top of things as best as they can even though it can get VERY busy here. If you want to have a calmer party time, try to stray away from 3 pm and after. Ours started at 1 pm and I could not imagine staying after 4 pm lol. Ja’Nae was awesome as a host, my family and I appreciated her. Normally you get those hosts that you can never find throughout the party but she was always around and made her presence known. We will be back and possibly getting that membership. It's only $10 a month for any day and anytime. With all the things the kids get to do, that's a steal!

Nice if you have a $10 per month membership, or know someone who does so you can do a $10 guest pass. Otherwise it's expensive. Food choice is limited but you can go to the mall food court. Kids love jumping around and there's a playground section too. Fun for them! Benches for adults lol

Party packages not worth it in my opinion. You pay $600+ for a 2 hour time slot only to keep chasing down your host to get your guests a bracelet to be able to jump due to the way check-in is set up. It leads to your time slot being used up in trying to have the host help you get the bracelet and socks for everyone.. also please know once they give you your food, they’ll want your bracelets back so that you can’t jump anymore. You’ll also be charged $50 to bring your own food if you don’t want pizza.

This is a great place to bring the little ones for celebrations or if they have a lot of energy to burn off. They have employees strategically placed throughout the facility to make sure the kids are safe and properly enjoying themselves. It's fun for younger kids and slightly older ones as there are many different activities such as basketball, playgrounds, snack bar and a wide range of obstacles to climb or jump from.

I recently hosted my son's birthday party at this venue, and I'd like to share my thoughts on the experience. First off, I must say that the event space itself is quite nice. However, there were a few issues that affected our overall experience.Upon my arrival, I noticed signs indicating that the facility would be closing early at 4 p.m. Our party was scheduled to start at 2 p.m., which made it feel a bit rushed right from the beginning. Luckily, our party host, who also serves as the assistant manager, was very accommodating. She allowed us to enter the event space early to decorate for my son's birthday, which was a big help. However, I did find myself needing to seek her out on several occasions throughout the event, which could have been improved in terms of communication.Another aspect that caught us by surprise was the lack of advice about having our guests fill out waivers in advance. This process ended up eating into the time we had for jumping activities.Additionally, I was not aware of the party timeline, which consisted of 90 minutes of jump playtime, with the last 30 minutes allocated for food and cake. This schedule felt a bit rushed for our liking. The pizza provided was outsourced from Marco's, and I must admit it was quite good. However, if you plan to bring in your own outside food, be prepared for a $100 fee, which felt a bit steep, especially given the limited menu options available.Lastly, I was disappointed that my son did not receive the special birthday gift promised as part of the package. In summary, while there were positive aspects to our experience, such as the nice event space and delicious pizza, there were also several issues that made it less than ideal, including the early closing time, lack of communication about waivers, and the rushed party timeline. Considering the price we paid, it left us feeling like we didn't get the best value, not to mention the uncomfortably hot temperature inside the facility on the day of the event.

It is a really fun and convenient park for my kids. They absolutely love it here. The bathrooms could be a bit cleaner but it is a super fun experience for kids and adults. The membership is so affordable. We have so much fun here. The best part is it’s inside so we don’t have to worry about weather conditions.

It was our first time visiting this trampoline park my son discovered not want to leave he said it was one of the best park he ever been to. The staff was very supervising of the kids. That made me feel comfortable with allowing my son to play independently without me chasing him all over the park.
