The place is definitely my go to spot for when I come back, amazing customer service, the place is well maintained, the rules are clear and everyone is respectful of it, and to top it all you are next to a mall literally walking distance so I recommend 100%

Everything was nice! The lobby is super cute. Walking distance to the mall. Rooms we're cute. We traveled with our teen daughter, and the modern update and style of the shower was see-through. It was a little awkward, but we made it work. I will stay here again.

This was a great lil gem of a hotel. Rooms were hip, comfortable, clean and had some great small conveniences like a steamer and a cool Bluetooth stereo and numerous plugs. The front desk service was excellent...Professional, Helpful and Accommodating. The lobby was cool with a pool table and some games. Loved the location near the mall.

Had a great stay at this hotel! It’s extremely clean, smells delightful, and the staff is very friendly. It’s also pet friendly. They have dog treats at the front entrance. My puppy loved his stay. Would absolutely return!

I've stayed at this particular Aloft several times over the past year, and have always had a good experience with no real issues until my last visit on13 Apr 24. Whenever I visit my daughter, I stay here, so recently, she purchased me an Aloft gift card (from the Marriott website). The gift card was for $100 and I was only staying one night, so it was the perfect time to use it....or so I thought. I checked in on the 13th around 2:30pm and informed the desk clerk that although I made the reservation with my debit card, i would like to pay using the gift card when I check out on the 14th and of course, just pay the remaining balace/taxes with my debit card. I showed her the card, and she said that she'd never seen one before like this one and that it wasn't an easy process to pay with the gift card and that a manager would need to do it; I asked if a manager was a available and she said no. She apologized and then said she would leave a note for the on duty manager for when I checked out, informing them that I would be using the gift card at that time (I actually saw her write the note). On the 14th, around 0700, I was attempting to check out using the gift card; and a different young lady was the desk clerk and basically told me the same thing about a manager would need to process the card and that the process was difficult. I asked if a manager was available and she said no. So in the end, I just paid with my card on file and left with questions.
1. Why does Marriott sale a product for customer use and the Marriott employees at Aloft are not familiar with how to process it?
2. What are the hours for the Aloft managers as one was not available when I checked in nor one was available when I checked out?
3. Why aren't the desk clerks trained on how to process a gift card in which their parent company sales?
Rooms: Rooms are clean and well maintained.
Nearby activities: Sugarloaf Mills Mall is literally across the street.
Walkability: Walking distance to the mall and several eateries.

Wonderful place near Sugarloaf Mills Mall. Clean rooms, I only have 2 things that could have been better for me. A microwave on the 1st floor and the air cleaner machine chemicals were too strong for me. Otherwise, everything was awesome, friendly staff, they even cleaned the room which is rare nowadays. Definitely would be back.

The stay at ALOFT was amazing! The location, ambiance, and overall look/feel of this establishment was truly stunning! It’s sooo clean and inviting. The rooms are so modern and sleek. My only complaint is that I wish we had a bigger room. Otherwise, we just LOVED it!
Lastly, I would like to acknowledge our front desk clerk, DARIUS!!!!!
He deserves a standing ovation, a huge THANK YOU, and super SHOUT OUT! He was so kind, patient, helpful, and went above and behind to assist us. I give DARIUS a GOLD STAR for top notch professionalism and class!
Overall our visit and experience at Aloft Lawrenceville Sugarloaf is a 10/10 HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! I would surely stay at one again ???!!!! Job well done!

I wish I could upload pictures. I woke up to ants in my room. They like the lipgloss I had....I was high up and they still crawled up to my room. That tells me that the windows and corners in the room are not sealed properly for the rooms. The building was definitely rushed. Dark and creepy hallways....definitely need more light. They're cheap in many ways. It's maybe 2 microwaves outside of your room, that everyone shares, and the ice maker takes so long to make ice. Prepare yourself 15-30 minutes for it to make ice. It's very loud and shoots out big blocky pieces. The outside area was pretty nice. They should change that dirty carpet in the lobby area. No regular items on the menu. The only thing I could eat for breakfast was a muffin. That was good, but the oatmilk.....? Need I say more? If you don't go out for food, you'll starve. Expensive menu with poor options and taste, Expensive hotel... no free breakfast. She did give me points on my account due to the ant issue. It wasn't worth the stay or the money though. I definitely won't be coming back.
Rooms: The room itself was nicely designed, but insects coming into your room and attacking your lip gloss is horrible. That killed it for me. I don't like the fact that they acted shocked about it either. Come on now!
Safety: I didn't feel safe with those dark and creepy hallways. The hallways were not well lit at all. If something happened, I doubt that little camera would even be able to capture what happened. I also didn't like the elevators with the music selection. Call me scary, but the elevator opened without light I definitely waited for it to come on.
Food & drinks: Horrible

Clean, quiet, and safe. Hallways could be better lit. One of the elevators was out of order. Really nice drybar haircare products in the shower.
