My daughter came to Allrich searching for a car that was dependable as she really needed something reliable. We met Joshua and he made us feel welcome and assured us we had come to the right place. Purchasing the car was easy, my daughter fell in love with a 2008 Toyota Prius. Now the first day after driving off the electronics stopped working and we took the car back immediately. Joshua offered to check and fix the problem within the next few days, but the next day it was fixed and is running pretty good! I’ll never support this black owned business again a bunch of fraud fake people running it send your car to a emission place still haven’t fixed my check engine problem on top of that still got damage I gotta fix myself no help from the black person in charge my myself another black person struggle they only care about the green to hell with your struggle never again I wish I had spent my money elsewhere

UPDATED : DO NOT PURCHASE A CAR HERE
My experience purchasing my 2008 Prius was pleasant but it was after I pulled off the lot is where the problems started. Less than month of having this car, my dash was lit up like Christmas. Every light was on. Also I had a NEAR DEATH experience while me and my 4 year old was in the car. The brake went out and the car would switch to neutral on its own in the middle of me driving 50 + mph. I cannot drive this car without it overheating and the a/c randomly goes out. ALLRICH sent my car to THEIR mechanic who only replaced my battery and NOTHING else. When I voiced my concerns and told them I no longer wanted to finance the car because it is indeed a LEMON ?. They told me they could not issue a refund or compensate me AT ALL. I even had pictures and paper to prove everything that went wrong with time stamps. I am now taking legal action against this dealership. Please be careful.
