Had a nightmare of an experience with putting on my drivers side windshield wiper. The store manager and 2 other gentlemen went above and beyond to help me.Great customer service!!!

I have to say this store has been in my family for years! We have always visited this store when we need anything for our vehicles and I'm an Advanced Auto Parts customer Forever. On October 20, 2023 I went to start my car only to notice the battery was dead. I called my insurance and got a jump and to my surprise the damn thing went out again a week later. I went to the location near my home off Cheshire and bought another battery. I tested my Voltage and Alternator and all is fine and above the suggested Amps. I drive a 2013 Honda Accord and rarely drive it so although my car is 10 years old, its paid off and in amazing condition. Fast Forward to Late December into the New Year and I notice the battery keeps dying! I'm literally screaming that this is a new battery and my Alternator is fine. I call Geico again, get a jump and head to my destination! Upon leaving, I crank to start, and it's dead again! I'm pissed!..... I get a jump from my brother and my dad tells me to disconnect the battery while the car is running and if the car still operates the battery is faulty! I did this little trick and sure enough It was the battery! Now my father made his remarks about getting batteries from Advanced Auto (which I now know) but the reason for the 5 stars is the Associate. I don't think his name is Welby as that's what's on the receipt but he was a Hispanic man that worked the evening of 1/6/2024. I want to say Jesus but I could be wrong. This man serviced the entire store, exchanged my battery for a new one, installed it, changed another customers windshield wipers and helped a customer install new headlight lightbulbs. He did this while going back in the store ringing up customers. He was the only associate there so If corporate sees this, Please give this man some help! His ability to remain patient yet service our needs was remarkable! One thing I notice about this store is it generally changes staff a lot. If anybody sees this go ahead and offer this guy a good position or lead role because he is really adding value to this store and helping a lot of people!

Went in to change my battery. Bill was so helpful and a great guy. Will be coming back here for all my car needs. So happy I found this location.

Honest opinion: These guys are just cashiers. They won't lift a finger other than checking their computer or helping you check out. Even if it means sales for the business.So, take your business elsewhere like Napa.Besides a select couple employees, you have a bunch of "no quema cuhh" kids that really aren't willing to help. Also, notice there isn't one experience rather than a general experience. That's because there's been several, that brought me to bring this to the internets attention.And Lastly, shoutout to the older, white hair gentleman that helped me a few months back. That's your best guy by a landslide. Honest, sincere, and helpful.

This is by far the worst parts store on this side of town. Customer service is obsolete and the crew appears to be high on something or very timid. I’ll be going to auto zone moving forward. Welby shouldn’t be managing anyone or any store.

Showed up at 7:30pm waited in line to buy a battery for my car. They told me they wouldn't install a battery. What's the point of having an auto parts store. This happened 11/1/2023

Bill, the manager, was incredible. A mechanic was trying to charge me $500 to replace a brand new alternator, but Bill took a look and fixed my problem within 2 minutes! 5/5 stars and I will be coming back to this location for all my future purchases.

Customer service is not a priority. Incompetent employees, no manager working, dishonest about refunds. Bought a $190 battery with a debit card, but can’t refund a $22 core charge in cash with the receipt. Why do I have to wait 2-3 days (sometimes longer) for a refund when I gave them the funds immediately? Completely ridiculous! An employee looked around the store for 15-minutes to find an online order sitting on a shelf behind the counter. I’ve been shopping at this store for over 20-years and I’ve never been so irritated. I would rather throw my old battery away than walk back inside and speak with another employee who has been trained to lie to customers. I have been given cash refunds plenty of times from many different stores. To say they “can’t” do it is just dishonest.

Bill the manager was not interested in helping me as a customer. He was more concerned about training a new employee. Will not be going back to this Advance Auto Parts.

Paid for part online couldn’t find part didn’t help find another store around that has it. No manager on site to help the process. Now I’m out the money and no parts. I’m still waiting with update and no one seems to care.

Poor customer service. Had to go looking for an employee to help me find a specific product. When I finally got it, I was waiting up front to check out. Went to ask the man who was stocking in the back to please check me out but he refused. Had to wait for an employee to finish up what he was doing outside to come check me out. Took 20 minutes to get 1 product and I was the only one in the store. I know stocking things is important but he could’ve taken 4 minutes to check me out. No respect for peoples time.
